Of all the hotels I have stayed in for the last month, this was the nicest. It was clean, large towels and comfy

Nice environment and best hotel sleep EVER!

We had a 2 King Bed room which was huge! The first room we were given had issues with the air conditioner so we were immediately given a different room, which was great. Plenty of parking. We were there a very short time so we did not get to enjoy any of the amenities of the property.

Good property with amenities. For a place with conference center, internet connection was poor. We couldn’t work from the hotel and had to find alternative workspace. The room service doesn’t seem to be regular either even though they had it listed as daily service. Our room was not cleaned until we asked. The staff are very friendly.

Very nice hotel. Looooong hallways. You better hope you are near elevators or you are going to do some walking

It was great!

This hotel had a lovely lap pool and friendly, helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was great, but the snack bar was quite pricey. The room was spacious and didn’t have water bottles, which was a bit disappointing. Overall very comfortable stay.

I was hopeful based on recent reviews but wound up quite disappointed. Our FIRST room seemed nice, clean and updated. The mattress proved very old and my wife and I both clung to the edges to keep from falling into the center hole from a very worn mattress. The pillows were also nice looking but so thick none of us could use them under our heads to sleep. The second night, when it was very hot and humid, we noted the room seemed very warm. We tried adjusting the thermostat and waited an hour but ultimately had to go to the desk. A maintenance man acknowledged the issue, spent 5 minutes but ultimately said give it 20 minutes and if not better, come back down and ask for a new room. 20 minutes later (at 10:00 after a long hot day of moving) we packed everything up and asked for a new room. We were told half of the hotel is having a problem so we were moved to the half that was working. It was not. We were sent to another (third room) that was also warm. Went back down and were told the whole hotel was broken. We were offered to check out or just open a window and ask for some adjustment to our bill in the morning. We were promised someone would contact us to adjust our bill. No one has. Worse, in all the moving around, lack of rest, etc., one of my AirPods was left in one of the rooms and when I called to ask if they could go check the room I got the “we’ll call you if anyone turns one in”. No offer to even go look. VERY Disappointed.

But there was no air conditioning , it was extremely hot and a very uncomfortable night stay. We were told we would have to report back to Expedia for us to get any type of refund if we decide to leave and book another hotel. It was late when we got back to our room and would have had to go through a lot of hassle to find any other hotel

Very nice and big room and very close to Penn State college!
-
Great hotel with very well appointed rooms. Breakfast was ok.
-
Very spacious room

Hotel was very clean. We enjoyed our stay the only negative was the walk from the parking lot to our room was far. I would have requested something closer, due to a foot injury, if I was familiar with the layout of the hotel. This is a heads up if you are handicapped or have an injury.

Loved it

The facilities were top notch . Great pool/gym perfect for training . Location is in a quiet n-hood but no nightlife around . Nevertheless we'll go back there again.

Was about a 7 min drive from the HuB, they do have a shuttle with the most knowledgeable and pleasant drivers. Drop off and pick ups were a breeze. Hotel was clean, good restaurants and good WiFi. I will definitely choose this hotel for my future stays when visiting my daughter at PSU.
