My room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

When we checked in we were told the water in our bathroom was switched, hot was cold and cold was hot. Unfortunately that was not true, we did not have any hot water. Also when my husband went to take a shower he almost fell cause the floor in the shower was very slippery. We paid quite a bit for the room to not have any hot water.

Super clean, comfortable beds and the breakfast was a nice convenience. We didn’t have maid service, so a bit disappointing but not the end of the world.

All around great hotel for staying in State College. Large, clean rooms, nice amenities and friendly, helpful staff.

Anemic water pressure. Garbage in the common area (near the ice machine) was not collected in three days. I steered clear of the front desk supervisor this visit so it was a more pleasant stay than the last time I was here.

Clean room and amazing staff. Some things in the room were a bit tired/dated. The shower could have been better and there were lights which didn't work. Otherwise, great! Felt very secure and safe.

Everything was exceptional, I would have liked breakfast to be a bit extended for those checking out at 11am. It would be great if a discount was given to PENN STATE FAMILIES, YOUR PRICE WAS STEEP FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY. WE PAID BECAUSE WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THE PRICE, OR WE. WOULD NOT HAVE A ROOM IN THE AREA FOR MOVE IN DAY AT THE COLLEGE.. We were happy with everything but the price of the room....Sorry being honest.. Parents are already paying a lot to send their kids to college, it would be nice to give us a break especially since we are needing to come back often within the year and would like to stay at the same place as before due to the price and great accommodations.

As Holiday Inns go, it is as nice of a property as I have stayed in (I usually stay in higher end hotels). This was our 4th stay. Hotel and room very nice and clean. Staff great -- I had a double-booking problem with Booking.com that the manager resolved the issue on the spot and refunded my money for the 2d room to avoid the Booking.com process. I prefer to stay in town when I visit kids (this visit was 3rd son attending PSU over last 10 years son), but if we can't do that, this hotel is at the top of the list. I did not care for the coffee. Everything else great.
