Holiday Inn Express State College at Williamsburg Square by IHG

Although the room was suppose to be a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke and the room was musty. Because we were on the first floor, it was loud past 10pm due to people in the common/eating area. The side table and desk were not wiped down, you can see visible water rings left from beverages. The tile leading to the door, inside the room, was visibly dirty. The hotel is conveniently located near a Sheetz and parking availability fine.

The breakfast was good

We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor and it was clean, everything looked fresh, well-maintained, and updated. Beds were super comfy and we had a great night! We would definitely stay again.

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful! Our hotel room door did not fit the frame well and was difficult to use.

The room was very clean. Check in was very easy. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions about the area. I was attending graduation and saw lots of people there but over all it was nice and quiet. Great location.

Cup in room wrapped in plastic and the plastic was covered with a rainbow of mold. When presented to the night clerk the mold was not acknowledged.

This is a great hotel, spacious rooms, well-situated to be within walking distance of just about anything you could possibility need. Aside from a bunch of their cable channels going out during my stay, I was really happy with the place. My 8/10 experience with this hotel was marred by interactions with the front desk supervisor, LR. In countless hotel stays, I've never encountered an employee so consistently unpleasant. I hope she finds a job that better suits her... for everyone's sake

Overall great facility

Super soft bed had no back support, gave me back pain and I couldn’t sleep. This is the only problem I had. Ceilings are unusually low (8 feet)

No bathroom ventilation fan was available. Not enough outlets (chargers) for phones, IBADS, and Apple Watches near the bed. First two days were quiet until Friday a group of young men’s (mostly college students) came in creating a party environment with laughter, ruining, screaming, and slamming the doors. The front desk staff didn’t ask how was everything ? or how was your stay? Just stated : “you’re good to go after processing the payment.
