Overall it was in to good. The ice become was broken and we couldn't find the only working one. The elevator is older and loud

Good breakfast, very clean room, excellent location and check in super efficient

mediocre hotel... was close to the location I was going to so main reason I chose this hotel.

I liked that it was clean and in a great location

Our bathroom was filthy. Mold in the shower and in the toilet. The rugs in the hallway were dirty. The smell of chlorine was over powering. This hotel has seen better days. Never again!

All good with the hotel and staff. The breakfast was very poor. I would imagine that the food in prison would be on par or even better.

Hotel is in need of a renovation but is clean comfortable and quiet.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Shower head didn’t work. Bathroom cleanliness should have been better

The staff at check-in was very pleasant (Phoebe) and the continental breakfast was very good. It was also very conveniently located for our concert at the Bryce Center. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our floors were dirty… had not been swept or mopped and there was hair in the shower. There was an almost empty roll of tp in the bathroom with no extra roll and only 2 towels for 3 guests.

The location was great, the room was clean however for an inside room with out windows and doors to the outside it was buggy. The bugs and dust on either side of the center table

Very sad upgrades to say it is the Penn State University. And Football Season and the huge price hikes should be able to cover any updates or upgrades needed to remain at the PSU Standard. Staff and restaurant was great. Loved the special Chocolate Chip cookies but use the Doubletree standard for the cookie experience so to not appear second rate Kmart vs Walmart.

I had a two night stay, Monday June 8th-Wednesday June 10th. Melissa, housekeeping associate made sure my room was clean by the time I came back from the complimentary breakfast on the morning of June 9th. Really clean room and made sure I had all amenities and the pool and complimentary breakfast were a great add on as well.
