Ramada by Wyndham State College Hotel & Conference Center

Walls are cheap, you hear the neighbors talking & whatever else, the bathrooms are in general disrepair & somewhat neglected. Will pay more for the hotel next door next time.

This is an old hotel badly in need of a complete renovation. The staff are kid and helpful, but it’s clear that the facilities need some serious and timely work.

It was in a Convenient location!

Horrible stay- toilet broken - tried to fix and ended up calling back maintenance 2 additional times after- room wasn’t clean- shower head broken. Ended up leaving early and staying elsewhere.

Upon check-in - and arrival to our room, the door was open. We went in to find a dirty diaper and empty bottle of liquor in the trash bin. Called front desk and there did was no urgency to assist or remedy the issue, but only to say that 'The room is marked clean in our system, so it is clean' and we were instructed to leave the trash bin outside. It was eventually taken, but it makes me wonder about the actual cleanliness of the room. The morning staff was much more attentive and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The bathroom appeared to be recently updated.

Overall we canceled the booking once inside and saw the conditions. The pool was nice but everything else was 30years old and poorly maintained

The hotel was clean just outdated. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but fresh.

Room was in bad shape lots of Maintenace concerns and cleanliness around the motel was bad too. Pictures looked nice online and I thought I was going in be in a resort hotel style setting but it was a motel with an outside door.

Such a unique place with an amazing pool I recommend you get a room that faces the pool on the inward side

This was not the way I’m used to a Ramada looking. Not clean sounds and smells of work being done. Would not recommend

Pool was always packed couldn't figure out why till I heard that they sell day passes so I never got to use it also the staff though it would be cute to block me in when I parked in their unmarked staff parking after being directed their I had to hunt down the senior member of housekeeping to get them to un block me

Didn't expect much for $150 a night, but they could do a lot better. I actually felt sorry for the staff. Everytime we walked past the front desk they were being berated by customers. Sorry you have to work under poor management.

Great dinner at Celebrities Restaurant. Nice pool. Good location.

Didn’t end up staying here. Room was dirty and musty smelling. Humid as it was not sealed to the outdoors and no control of the thermostat. Pictures online may look clean, but the room was far from it. Also receptacle in the floor was popped up out and wires were exposed; lamp plugged into that receptacle was flickering. Cheap stay, but not worth it.

We were dissatisfied with the rooms. Rooms were dirty and maid never came to room between our two nights stay.Air conditioning worked 1/2 the time. Rooms were damp and warm. Tub spout allowed water out the spout and the shower, so we were standing in about 4” of water b/c it didn’t drain well. Huge waste of water. Met a customer the first night who was leaving b/c there was no hot water. 3 out of 4 ice machines were broken. Couple we were traveling with had to change rooms b/c of similar inadequacies. We will not stay here again.

Overall it was in to good. The ice become was broken and we couldn't find the only working one. The elevator is older and loud
