Clean room. Great location!

Very clean. Seems newly renovated. Very nice full sized kitchen which I didn’t need for my short stay, but still nice to have. It had everything I needed and I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Lots of space, large shower, comfortable bed, kitchen facilities, nice sitting area with tv. Does the door code really have to be a # and then 6 numbers? I kept forgetting whether to put the # before or after the numbers. Parking was confusing and it was a hike to breakfast and the door to 92 was locked. Snacks were a nice touch, but they were all junk (I don’t eat pop tarts).

This place is incredible! It was spacious and cozy at the same time! Great place to stay! The area was also great! Lots of cute shops and places to eat!

Lovely stay

Very nice, comfortable property in a great location for walking around town. Nice extras like different sized pillows and a white noise machine.

It was clean and well stocked. So convenient to other places in town

We loved everything about our room. The only thing we had difficulty with was the directions on how to get to the room from the wharf side of the building. They were really confusing. We ended up going around the block a few times until we found a spot on Middlebrook Ave.

It was a large Room with Tall Ceiling and very nicely decorated. I stayed in Room#1. The location of the Gibson Warehouse was in the old downtown historic section of Staunton. Revitalized, brightly illuminated, Great resturant right underneath the Hotel part - Byers Street Bistro - great food and service. I will be stayomg there again on my next trip through.

We love staying at Gibsons but the No 4 could use some dusting, especially the blinds. Otherwise, we will always stay there.

CON: windows next to bed are above a restaurant’s patio seating so depending on the time of day you’ll need some white noise like the a/c or the little white noise gizmo on the nightstand.

It was so easy to locate and check in even though we arrived late at night. The unit was extremely spacious and included all the comforts of home. We would not change one, single thing! We liked everything.

We loved our stay at the Gibson Warehouse. It was exactly what we needed.

We absolutely loved it and I would recommend this to anyone passing through this town.

This unique property fits the fabric of the town perfectly. Historic building. No staff-run more like a Vrbo with a very large room including a nicely equipped full kitchen.

This place was amazing! Wish we would have stayed longer. The place was incredibly clean. Great communication with the owners. Great amenities and the decor was awesome. I'd definitely stay there again.

Fantastic downtown hotel within steps of good coffee, food, and shopping. Hotel was clean, spacious and very well appointed. Staff was extremely communicative and we had an awesome experience. I highly recommend this place.

The studio apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean AND quiet. The climate control was very good and the kitchen had new appliances. The location is central to downtown and parking was convenient. The furniture and TV were new. The owners maintained timely and helpful contact by email. not applicable

Very clean Great location Comfortable bed and pillows Perfect rental if you’re staying a few days Only suggestion would be better/more lighting in bathroom. Despite thermostat accessibility, it got quite warm at night.
