Clarion Pointe Staunton East

The staff were very accomodating and easy to talk to, and the view from the top of the hill is fascinating.

Room is clean but needed a major update Lowe's appealing paint the TV hanging off the wall just had the wires and the cable box just hanging there like some ghetto apartment

Well maintained, clean, felt safe leaving motorcycles in parking lot. It was a minor thing coffee was warm in evening at lobby !

Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Had an outdoor pool. Room was nice, beds comfy.

Good price, good breakfast, comfortable bed, great shower and pool was nice. Room lighting was a little dull, one light not working, informed host.

In the past we've stayed at another hotel in Staunton and I chose to give this a try. It had a pool which we didn't wind up using due to our late arrival and early departure.One of the queen beds mattress cover/sheet was stained. (Hopefully it wasn't fresh) So I opted not to sleep in that bed and shared the other bed. I let the staff know @ checkout. Breakfast was marginal. I'll not stay here again and return to the other hotel we used in the past in Staunton.

Bathroom didn’t have SAFETY BARSin the shower Beds NEED NIGHTSTANDS ON BOTH SIDES. Lots of people have breathing machine that need to be close for safety of each person

Convenient location in regards to I-81. The beds were very comfortable! The air was off in our room upon arrival so it was very hot and humid. It took a while to cool down. We arrived in the evening for a mid-trip stop so it was a bit uncomfortable while trying to fall asleep after a long day of driving.

It is an older building so could use some remodelingbutit was very clean and you could tell that they are working on making more up to date😊

It wasn’t a terrible stay. The carpet looked awful but it wasn’t helped by the grey color. The room was clean but felt old and tired. Breakfast was ok but not good. Everything was just kinda… ok. The best part was the friendly woman who helped with checking out. She had a working dog and was really sweet. The check IN guy… not so much. The price was better than most places around which is why I had booked it in the first place so I guess you get what you pay for.
