Rooms were freshly painted and the motel grounds were very clean.

Staff at check in was helpful. View of sunrise over Blue Ridge Mtns. was outstanding, and would have been more enjoyable if windows had been clean. Room was a bit shabby: mattress seemed worn down, bottom sheet was badly pilled, floor lamp stand tilted, lamp on desk didn't work, lights over beds flickered constantly. There was no place to hang a towel by the sink. Door latch did not work (but the lock did). Coffee at breakfast was tasteless and cereal was stale. At least the room was quiet and the location pleasant. Overall a mixed experience.

The property is in the process of being painted. I wish someone advised the owner on the correct paint color so it does not look like a prison. While the bathrooms looked renovated the sheets clean, rooms looked dark and carpet was just disgusting. While the breakfast choices were ok the place had the worst coffee on the planet. I am not sure if it was even It was a coffee, the alternative, juices- water down to the point that you could not tell what “juice” it was. Would not stay there again.

I would say this hotel is basic plus. Furniture and facilities bit worn, but clean. Staff polite. Utter lack of meaningful places to hang wet towels. Decent parking marred by contractor trucks parked across multiple spaces. Room oddly humid. Nice breakfast.

All hotel facilities are in good shape. Interior decor was fresh & bright with some extra nice artwork! Outdoor pool & deck were a nice touch! Front desk staff were helpful to copy a few documents I needed. Also nice to have the hot drink station available 24/7! Only two notable distractions. Bed mattress was very soft & the sheets were very thin. Time for replacements. Second, the sofa cushions were noticeably stained & didn't match the sofa's color. Another replacement needed.

The rooms were a little cramped, don't sit in the desk chairs LOL, but the beds were VERY comfortable.

This is an older place that refreshes the bathrooms. We skipped breakfast but was a good spot to pass through.

Beautiful views, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice luggage carts, nice pool, plenty of parking. The only thing I would have liked that wasn't available was more light over the desk and food areas in the room and an extra plug at the food area for the coffee pot. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean, great value for the price.

The staff was good. My room had a used toilet that was not flushed so front desk did give me a different room. Breakfast was good.
