Location ok. Was looking forward to actual bacon, not bits. Juices became watered down Coffee was great. Maybe pancakes

Hotel was nice and was very modern and the manager was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable Unfortunately we were in a pet room and a little 4 lb puppy found a pill. That needs to be rectified and the rooms for dogs need to be super clean. we have no idea what kind of pill this was and that's scary for a little 7-month-old puppy

One of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at while traveling.The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The spout on the bathtub was loose and detached from the wall .

Fantastic place to stay ,...

Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Overall a great place to stay. Two things I was a little disappointed with though, breakfast didn't start till 6:30 and I had to leave at 6:00am. The rooms are nice but extremely small, smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Would most likely pick a different hotel for that reason alone

What a great spot to stay. Not too expensive and they have everything you need. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast and fresh brewed coffee. Even though I have celiac disease I was able to find something to eat. I always bring stuff with me just in case. I did not use the pool or gym but both looked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms!

The location and our check in were both very nice. The hotel was clean and appeared well maintained. The evening staff person was particularly friendly and helpful. Our greatest disappointment was with the breakfast. The fruit was soft and oldish. Options even for a continental breakfast we're very limited and underwhelming.

Other mentions-- the restaurant just down the hill ( we walked there) was great too! Very friendly and good food at very reasonable prices. A Cracker Barrel was across the roadway and a hill and they were good too. We did have trouble with Uber and Lyft drivers --they are not very available or reliable in the Staunton area. We did eventually find one driver who we used for a few rides ( without the app) who was very reliable and at a reasonable cost. We did not have a vehicle (came in by train to the valley).
