Great place great poeple, room are extra clean

Exceptional

The staff was awesome! Great customer service! The floor in our bathroom was not clean. Area around the toilet and under the sink was very dirty. However, the shower and sink were clean. It looked like they only cleaned the floor in the middle and left the rest dirty. Kind of disappointed as we had stayed a few days before this, and the other room was spotless. Also, loud noises from the room above us. They were walking heavy and rolling their chair around several times late into the night. Needless to say, we did not rest well.

Really friendly and helpful staff! The coffee machines were great and available throughout our entire stay even at 4:30am. We had booked a room with a tub and got one with a shower. The office staff was super quick to change the rooms and help us to feel comfortable and attended to. Nothing

Suggest using designated areas of the hotel for animals! We had an incident where a dog without a leash lunged at my sister. She couldn’t get in her room fast enough. We had a handicapped room with dog hair and a lot of trash including empty mini bottles were under the beds. Others than these two incidents our stay was pleasant. The staff rectified our issues and were all pleasant.

I have stayed here numerous times while on I81. It is clean, convenient, and offers free breakfast. N/A

Room was simple but clean and towels were fresh! Common areas were clean and organized. The indoor pool looked a little murky so we didn’t go in. Check in was pleasant and the woman working Thursday night was helpful and very friendly!

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was coffee available 24 hours!

Bad

Clean, modern accommodations and the staff is excellent! No complaints, everything was outstanding.

Rooms were on the small size. Like a Micro hotel. Shower floor was a little slippery. Informed the desk. Theysaid others have mentioned the same thing. That have informed management.

The shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor

Very clean, modern property. I did not use the pool or gym, but everything else was maintained well. Breakfast was good, but fairly busy on the weekend mornings.

Biggest complaint is that the breakfast server couldn’t keep the warm food, fruit and baked goods stocked. We never did manage to get sausage, fruit or toast. Ended up paying for breakfast somewhere else. They definitely need to do better.

We have stayed at Avid motels several times and this like the rest met our expectations. It was clean with a modern and new feel but not excessive. We like the common area and used it for dinner and breakfast.
