Comfort Inn & Suites Staunton

La habitación y el baño estaba llena de polvo, la alfombra parecía que no se había aspirado, no había acondicionador para el cabello, el hotel en general necesita varias reparaciones y remodelación, y en el desayuno el café sabia como si estuviera tomando agua. La persona de recepción fue amable.

quick overnight stop. the outside of the hotel is very updated, inside could use some work, though I imagine that is underway soon. Not a bad place. Rooms were decently clean, 2 elevators would be better as it was quite backed up when we were checking in. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Good value for the price. especially since it was a quick overnight stop after 10 hours on the road

needs updating; carpet in room ripped; door knob on adjoining room half broken; HUGH ROACHES IN ROOM; tv did not work; pool was filled with algae so closed; track on treadmill was torn so every rotation was scary. staff complained that only 5 people left at work- maybe front desk personnel. Breakfast good.

No hair dryer in the room otherwise very good stay

Hot in hallways. No eggs or any meat. Said sorry but this weekend cleabed us out.

Pool was closed, the bathroom was tiny and the water pressure when using the shower was below average at best. But the room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff rude. Dryer and pool out of service. “Gym” tiny and dark. Bathroom not clean and dilapidated. Breakfast mediocre, with rotting fruit. Would never come back and regret spending the money!

As an aside, if you're traveling with a dog, there's a very nice little dog park located in a city park in the old town section of Staunton that is very close by the hotel and easy to get to. I highly recommend it, especially for a small dog like mine. Shady location, friendly folks and well-mannered dogs. I had to drive around a bit in the parking lot to spot the dog park, but it was worth looking for. I'm glad I searched it out. Since this hotel welcomes pets, I recommend you have the info for the dog park available at the front desk in case someone asks.

The bathroom fan was annoying could not shut off

The lobby was dirty and poorly maintained. A pool is advertised and it was closed and filled with debris. The vent in the bathroom was covered in mold. There were not enough facecloths and no cups for coffee. No stopper in the bathroom and shower tub was moldy. The elevator was filthy very unhappy overall.

Water drained slow in the tub after taking a shower. The pool was out of order. The elevator stopped working. This is an outdated property. I will not be back.

it is a better than average roadside inn. I have stayed there several times in the past 3 years and it's been better each time. I will stay there again in September.

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast, super friendly staff. The bathrooms are a bit small, and the pool was closed.

Everything was good. Didn't have any problems.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. I had to scrub the tub from caked on mud. The bathroom was tiny. You can barely open the door all the way. The towels and washcloths were worn out and stained from a lot of uses.

We all quickly decided to ask for a refund. Surprisingly the clerk did not hesitate to give us all our money back, he was super nice and very understanding, he should be working somewhere else making better money, great guy. Will never look at this hotel again.

Front desk person Parking was great

Every staff member was amazing . perfect location. Parking was a little cramped, but the building needs a little bit of updating bed was amazing and comfortable.

Staff was amazing. The hotel could use an updating. The bathroom water was constantly running and the room was clean but had a old smell to it, when we turned all while lights off you could see lights coming through the door in the room from the hallway.
