Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff There was a gas fireplace in the front circle drive at the hotel. It smelled very strong and was unpleasant as you walk up the the building.

Easy access to everything we needed The outside around the parking area, could do with some renovation and the signs for the hotel weren’t clear from the road, especially in the dark

Nice clean hotel with great staff. Great location being close in town

Cute little hotel. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious for my family of 6. Will consider staying here again if we ever stay up here.

Everything was quite clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. We liked the location. We were a few miles out of downtown. The views were awesome! The breakfast wasn't too bad. Potatoes were dried out and cinnamon rolls were getting hard

It has been my, now historical experience, Holiday Inn from more than 40 years past, has had their hotels architecturally constructed throughout with as much steel as imaginable by a descriptive dark ages engineering staff and with little to no acoustic insulation, sound reverberation can almost bring about shell shock as with a cathedral door closure. About 30 years ago I ceased company's business reservations with them because of this. Recently, a relative persuaded me to try a nite's stay at this, now British owned, new one. But once again after this absence from them, it appears they've kept the same architectural construction design. If you're after peace and quiet, it would be making a mistake to rest here. Understandably, people on Holiday want to party and this comes across as the place to stay.

To begin with very hard to find the entrance to the hotel. There aree no signes and you have to drive behind the property and make a full lap of the parking lot to get to the entrance. At the desk the clerk claimed my card was declined and wanted me to give him a different one. When I refused the card somehow was good again. The machine that codes the keys didn't work so the clerk let us in the room where we sat in the dark because you can't turn on the lights without putting the room key in a scanner on the wall. Once we got the lights on I realized there was no coffee maker in the room but a table flag that stated "If you would like a coffee maker in the room please see the front desk" Whe I went to the desk I was refused a coffee maker and told to come down stairs for coffee. I had to argue about the card statement in the room and he finally relented and brought me a coffee maker and some pods. This is not the experience I want after riding for 8 hours.

Had a great breakfast. Room was very nice. Well thought out for a guest. Just one staying there but space for 6.

Property was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym was a good size for a hotel. There were also a computer and printer available for use in the lobby area.

It’s a really new hotel with a large bathroom, sink and shower area. A nice comfortable bed, great coffee and a good breakfast. A nice view of the mountains from outside chairs near the entrance and a bonus view of different mountains from our room.
