Rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable and easy to access. Staff were all very friendly

We had a hard time communicating with the housekeeping staff. Also, never had to pay to park in our prior stays. That was sad. Room was nice, and we were surprised that it was cleaned during our stay. The harrisons restaurant was a nice amenity.

The interior hallways reeked of cigarettes. There was mold in the shower. The outdoor hot tub was cold. We had two towels for three days. The restaurant is terrible. Every request was immediately answered with "no." Never again.

The guy at the front desk with the longer beard and hair (I didnt get his name) he made the stay worth it he was awesome. I don’t usually take time to write reviews but he was great Made our night.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They do charge a $15.00 fee to park. The restaurant on-site has good food.

No hot water to half the facility. Rude front desk staff suggested we shower in the pool area restroom--where there was also no hot water, and a toilet clogged with feces for two days and never cleaned. Thermostat doesn't work at night, a/c runs incredibly loudly all night long. Absolutely terrible stay.

No complaints! A complimentary breakfast would've been nice. We wished our journey hadn't needed us to leave so early so we could've slept in! A great place to stay.

I will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel again, nor should Expedia partner with this company. They overcharged my card by $200 without any receipt or explanation. I’ve called the hotel property and corporate a total of 6 times over a week without a single person being able to discuss the issue, they just keep pushing me to others and not calling me back. This is the worst customer service I’ve received. When I checked in they didn’t know the amount of days or type of room, I should have left then.

Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Gym was well equipped. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast voucher to the next door restaurant are provided for the breakfast.
