Overall, the hotel was very nice. I did notice that there were a bunch of tiles on the outdoor pool that were missing. It was so obvious that it would be the first thing I fixed if I owned the place. Besides that, I thought it was very nice especially for the price point.

We had Robert check us in both stays. Superb to deal with. Super friendly and helpful. They are lucky to have him on staff. He made sure to accommodate our motorcycles under cover and provided us all types of recommendations and helped carry luggage to our room.

Our biggest disappointment was the room. This seems to be an Expedia issue rather than the hotel’s, but the room we booked was pictured with a balcony, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. When we arrived, the room was much smaller and had no balcony. There were also a few minor issues: the refrigerator didn’t keep things very cold, we would have appreciated a couple more bath towels, and the $15 parking fee was an unexpected extra. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. 😊

The room was not clean. And the staff at check in were not very friendly. Not a horrible experience, but not great either. Also, parking was suppose to be free but they wanted to charge a parking fee. After discussion, they dropped that fee.

This hotel was everything we were looking for and more. Staff was very friendly during check in, rooms were clean and spacious, and all the amenities were absolutely delightful. The attached restaurant, Harison's, was delicious (breakfast and dinner)! I will be staying here again, and truthfully don't think I will stay anywhere else from now on.

Quiet and convenient. There were some stains on the sheets making it feel a bit uncomfortable/ not knowing how clean they really were. Did not like being charged to simply “park” the car. Guys at the front desk were excellent-especially when making recommendations for enjoying the town.

Nice room, clean a bit older but well kept & quiet. Did not like paying to park $14 daily

Robert at the Front Desk was friendly and helpful. He is a great ambassador for your Holiday Inn. The restaurant/bar was very nice and we sat outside and had dinner which was very good.

We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was deserted (except for us) at around 10:30 when we went in. I had avocado toast with greens on top, and it was great! However, I recommend telling people what kind of greens you're using. The photos in the restaurant are really interesting!

Rooms were clean and updated, staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We didn't even check out the indoor pool because the weather was fantastic 😊 The restaurant was pretty good and they had live entertainment outside where we ate on the patio. Our server was great but I didn't get her name.

We didn't try the restaurant, in part, because it did not seem inviting. However, my biggest issue with the hotel was the pet policy. The hotel allows dogs for a fee, but the policy seems hostile. The dog can't walk on the premises, can't be left in the room, or be on the patio area, which was another reason we couldn't even enjoy a drink outside. We have travelled with our dog for 10 years and have never had a complaint. Some hotels--including very high-end ones-- have given our dog bowls, treats, and toys. This hotel made it hard for us to enjoy our trip. We couldn't even go out to dinner and had to eat takeout the whole time. I understand that they have had bad experiences with some dog owners, but don't punish everyone. Also, explain your pet policy on your website, so dog owners know what militant restrictions they are signing up for ahead of time.

The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing

Maid ignored the "do not disturb" sign and knocked on my door until I answered. I think she wanted me to sign a sheet but didn't have a pen. I can't be sure what she wanted as she didn't speak English. I was sleeping when she knocked and woke me up. I was confused. This really bothered me. The next day, they did not clean. I did not hang the "do not disturb" sign. Lastly, there was a dead roach outside my door for two days.

Horrible stay. Room covered in ants. Garbage everywhere. Lots of hidden fees.

This property was just OK. It was clean and fairly quiet but had no free breakfast and had to pay $12 for surface parking at the hotel that I’ve already paid for. Not happy with that! The hotel has

Parking fee of 12 dollars is outrageous considering it was off season and there were only 6 cars in the lot a pure money grab. Also, the pet fee was 50 dollars not the 35 listed with the third party booker. In addition the first room we were sent to smelled like vomit and had a.air purifier blasting away.
