Exterior doors don’t lock or secure, non-smoking rooms smell like smoke, staff not enthusiastic about anything, no water available other than for purchase.

Breakfast Saturday morning was delicious. Some sort of chorizo, egg with tortilla. And as always the waffles are a favorite. Lots of bears in town/parking lot at night.

Our room was good sized and had all the amenities we needed. The front desk person at check in was very helpful in getting luggage to the second floor (there is no elevator). However, the WiFi did not reach our end of the hall. The TV remote in the bedroom did not work and the shower had so much pressure it was uncomfortable. Overall, it was ok for the price but not exceptional.

Best hotel we stayed at during a two week travel! The property looks wonderful, staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Room clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

The parking was a little tight with quite a few large work trucks sharing the parking space. The side entrance door did not lock.

The rooms smelled like second hand smoke. The showers had hair left in them. The hot tub and pool were filthy. I realize this is a budget friendly, 2.5 star hotel, but it should at least be clean.

Room was very clean we didn’t use the room hot tube but wow breakfast was very basic but ok

She called and they would send someone down to the room and hold it for her. She drove back and when she got there they had her purse. However, someone had stolen $200.00 from her purse. It had to be an employee. Sadly , to say we probably won't stay there again. Also the hot tub was not cleaned. Minerals were collected on the sides of the tub.

Beware. Avoid. I drove four hours to this hotel with my baby and arrived around 11pm for check-in. There was a hand written sign saying "No one at front desk, come back later." I waited over 60 minutes in the lobby with my tired, crying baby and called every number I could find with no answer. I am not familiar with the area and it was the middle of the night, stuck finding a new hotel that wasnt sold out. The next day the manager was there and had no idea what I was talking about. She said she would review and address the issue but never did.

Hotel is clean but older and needs some basic maintenance. Small things like the shower curtain was bent. Breakfast was great,

Wish the Continental breakfast went later than 9.

Don’t want to say I liked any of it because they basically scammed us for an extra 100 bucks I called on the phone to book a room, the guy told me ther was 2 rooms available. I told him I’d like both rooms. He told me to book thru booking.com. I obliged and booked the 2 rooms thru booking.com. The next morning a different staff member was ther, stating that I only paid for one room. I showed him my confirmation, the credit card transfer for both rooms, and he said okay we’ll figure it out. Then charges my card an extra $132. All we did was show up, wash our clothes, went to sleep, took a shower and left at about 6:30am.
