Clean room. Great location to walk everywhere in downtown Steamboat!

Air conditioning loud otherwise all good

A very nice, well maintained central town hotel, with a very comfortable bed. Very walkable to lots of shopping and riverfront eateries.
-
Location great! Everything else is just fine, but location downtown SBS is worth it.

First room had cobwebs on the ceiling and stains on the sheets. Shower had dust on top of the tile. I told the front desk clerk and he switched our rooms without hesitation. Second room was fine. Morning coffee in the lobby was good.

Great spot down town walkable to everything.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, in particular Justin at the front desk. This hotel is located in downtown within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are clean well maintained. Parking can be difficult in the evening. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in Steamboat.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of town. Couldn't fault it!

Nice, clean, updated rooms. Very friendly staff at the front desk advised on restaurants and fun things to do. It was a great stay and I will stay at Nordic Lodge again! Lovely downtown Steamboat location that is close to everything. They have a 24/7 coffee bar in their lobby with *good* coffee that they sell, too. The staff is very friendly and also available 24/7 if you need anything.

Had a good time with our stay Walking distance from everything

We had such a lovely stay at the Nordic Lodge. The staff were genuinely wonderful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and clearly maintained with care. On‑site parking was a great convenience. The location couldn’t be better — close to excellent restaurants and just steps from the Yampa River Core Trail, making it easy to explore the whole town on foot. We’re truly happy we chose to stay here.

Great location, comfortable beds and they were very helpful.

An iron and ironing board would have been nice to have in the apartment. There was plenty of coffee and tea bags, but I would recommend stocking more creamer and sugar packets.
-
The staff was very friendly and I ended up leaving something in the room and they actually contacted me to come pick it back up.

Great location and parking. Room was surprisingly quiet. Staff, friendly and helpful.

The Nordic Lodge was a good value for our one-night stay. It’s not a luxury property. But is nice and clean with friendly staff. It’s located right on the Main Street, giving quick access to shops and restaurants.

The Nordic Lodge is an older facility, but it was very clean and nice. The people were very friendly, the location was perfect! We could leave our car parked by our room and walk to so many different places. We were right downtown, and yet our room was very quiet. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

My wife and I booked this hotel for a long weekend, planning to enjoy the town while also doing some work from the hotel. When we checked in Thursday night, we were told the Wi-Fi was not working but that it would be fixed the next day. We were disappointed but figured we could manage. Friday came and the Wi-Fi was still down. We were again told someone was coming to fix it. It never worked for our entire stay. Afterward, I contacted the property and was told the Wi-Fi issue was caused by a lightning strike. That would have been useful information to know at check-in. If we had been told the full extent of the problem, we would have stayed somewhere else. Instead, we felt the issue was downplayed so we would check in and settle before realizing how serious it was. The property and Hotels.com then offered roughly $35 in compensation for an $853.94 stay where a major amenity was unavailable the entire time. We had to use mobile hotspots to work, resulting in data overage charges that were three times what they offered. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service from both the property and Hotels.com. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
