How tub was out of service. Motel was in a great place right on the Main Street in town. Beds were comfortable. Overall, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. It was a great location for our family.

Older property but located near ll of the fun shops in steamboat springs.

The front service man was terrific. He gave suggestions about food and activities. We could tell he really enjoyed his job.

Hot tub was too hot and need of replacement. Bed too soft. Good location. Office was convenient and always had hot coffee and hot water for guests. People were helpful and friendly. Area safe. Liked having free parking outside door.

Loved our quick visit! Dog friendly, wonderfully kind staff, clean room, and nice pool/outdoor area. Within walking distance to restaurants, river/river trail, Howelson Hill, shops, etc. Thank you!

Location is great. Rooms are big a clean and comfortable. WiFi didn't work in the 2 hundreds rooms A/C didn't actually cool but you can open the window at least
