The staff was very friendly and I ended up leaving something in the room and they actually contacted me to come pick it back up.

Great location and parking. Room was surprisingly quiet. Staff, friendly and helpful.

The Nordic Lodge was a good value for our one-night stay. It’s not a luxury property. But is nice and clean with friendly staff. It’s located right on the Main Street, giving quick access to shops and restaurants.

My wife and I booked this hotel for a long weekend, planning to enjoy the town while also doing some work from the hotel. When we checked in Thursday night, we were told the Wi-Fi was not working but that it would be fixed the next day. We were disappointed but figured we could manage. Friday came and the Wi-Fi was still down. We were again told someone was coming to fix it. It never worked for our entire stay. Afterward, I contacted the property and was told the Wi-Fi issue was caused by a lightning strike. That would have been useful information to know at check-in. If we had been told the full extent of the problem, we would have stayed somewhere else. Instead, we felt the issue was downplayed so we would check in and settle before realizing how serious it was. The property and Hotels.com then offered roughly $35 in compensation for an $853.94 stay where a major amenity was unavailable the entire time. We had to use mobile hotspots to work, resulting in data overage charges that were three times what they offered. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service from both the property and Hotels.com. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

A nice stop in a nice town. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Everything you need to recharge and plenty of places to eat.

We had a great stay at The Bristol nearby Bristol last year and figured we would try The Nordic to compare. We would stay at the Bristol next time, hands-down. The staff and friendliness and rooms were far superior at the Bristol versus the Nordic. Nordic staff was lackluster and not overly friendly or welcoming. The property itself is quite outdated. The value for the money may be appropriate, but we’d rather spend a little bit extra and have more favorable experience next time.

The place was cute and clean. Walking distance to things downtown.

Was within walking distance to everything down town. Clean, easy to access, staff was friendly, breakfast places around the back ally. Rodeo a couple blocks away. Perfect to walk. Had ebikes to rent also. Would stay here again in the summer.

Clean but old and small rooms. Location and staff are the real value. No elevator. Located on main Street for convenient shopping.

This was a great place to stay on our motorcycle trip through Colorado. The staff was great and gave us a first floor room, so we could park our motos outside the window. The location is great for checking out Steamboat Springs. This place has been renovates and kept up. It's very nice compared to many older lodge-style motels.

It was an older property with one window AC for both bedrooms. It worked but old. Good location.

Clean room and comfortable beds. The two bed room was very crowded, the air conditioner was loud and didn’t keep room cool. There were two conditioners and one shampoo in shower, no body wash. No one serviced the room during our three day stay. Made our own beds and used towels weren’t picked up. Be aware, review your bill and see the multitude of taxes and fees that are added to the bill (destination fee, marketing fee?!). In my opinion, not worth it.

Bit older but well maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient. Air conditioned! Easy in and easy out.
