We had a very nice stay at the Rabbit Ears Motel. The motel is located in a great area. The Yampa river flows right by the motel and there are benches and tables by the river. The room was spacious and clean. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.The only thing that was not up to par was the continental breakfast. It was basically cereal,toast or bagel. Boiled eggs, no pastries or waffle maker. Overall a great place, we would stay here again.

Amazing ladies up front! Perfect location for one night in Steamboat. Hot springs shuttle to Strawberry Park. There is a little hot spring and stream right behind the hotel. Nothing fancy but comfy bed and great property. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Our room had a great view. There are stairs to get to most of the rooms - first or second floors. The continental breakfast was very disappointing - cereal, bread, and fruit, with a few items that weren't properly cooled (yogurt, eggs, cream cheese). The location wasn't bad; it's at the edge pf downtown so it takes a few blocks to get to the heart of downtown, but doable for most.

Very convenient location and a nice remodeling job. Breakfast was disappointing and pretty noisy bring next to the main drag. Nice to get discounted tickets to the hot springs across the street.

We had a great time at the Rabbit Ears Motel! We loved our beautiful balcony view over the river/creek and all the flowers and greenery on the property. The property was well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly. The location was also close to downtown and other hikes/places of interest. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view of the Yampa River off the balcony. Air conditioner worked amazing in 99 degree weather. Staff is very attentive, friendly and open to any questions or concerns. Beds were super super comfy, shower was also great. Great location within walking distance to everything in steamboat.

It didn’t look impressive on the outside but it turned out to be very nice!

Helpful and friendly staff. As we were loading the car, the housekeeper came out and notified us we’d left an item in our room.

It was motorcycle friendly,?and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.
