Older but very well maintained, helpful friendly staff, great location and on the Yampa River.

Beautiful view of the Yampa River off the balcony. Air conditioner worked amazing in 99 degree weather. Staff is very attentive, friendly and open to any questions or concerns. Beds were super super comfy, shower was also great. Great location within walking distance to everything in steamboat.

Helpful and friendly staff. As we were loading the car, the housekeeper came out and notified us we’d left an item in our room.

It has the historical lodge vibe however the facility is comfy and the room is clean. Will be back!

Always love staying at Rabbit Ears, it’s very convenient to be right in town and it is always very clean and up kept. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help. Definitely our top choice place to stay when we come into town! We will be back :)
