Rabbit Ears Motel

Our stay at the motel was exceptional. The staff was friendly, very accommodating and the room was clean. The view from our balcony by the river was fantastic!

Convenient to the Hot Springs across the street, walking to restaurants and next to park with walking trails next to the river. Comfortable and affordable.

Staff was helpful and answered questions we had. Room was clean and balcony was great to have. The motel is close to eating and shopping if you like to take a nice walk.

Very nice older motel in the heart of Steamboat Springs. Back deck had a great view of the river. It was only a 2 to 3 minute walk over to old town, Hot Springs. The room was clean, but dated. Bathroom facilities were clean, but very compact. Continental breakfast was basic, but tasty.

Use to staying in up scale hotels. This place was amazing. Very comfortable mattress - close parking - very clean - pleasant staff - the very best location. Walked to dinner and back every night. Excellent stay.

We were traveling thru Steamboat Springs and decided to stop in and stay the night. We had the smaller queen room. The hotel is older but our room had been redone within the past couple of years it appeared. It is directly across the road from the hot springs pool in town, Old Town Hot Springs. We had booked another one in town and decided to cancel that one and just walk across the road. Staff was pleasant and always felt welcomes. Would definitely recommend.

Great motel with one issue that prevent us from going back. Staff, room, location, and everything were wonderful but the mattress in our room felt out of the 80's and was so bad really wrecked our sleep. With a new mattress this is 5/5

Very friendly helpful person at the check in.

Staff directed me to an excellent dinner choice. Only complaint was the left over food in the fridge from the last guest. Kinda weird.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. Great price and right across from grocery store.

Clean, looks newly remodeled, plenty of parking, very convenient to downtown. Nice to have a breakfast option when you're in a hurry.
