Good Location and Great Breakfast, about it. Our check in time was at 3pm, we didn’t get the room until 6pm. Our room was not ready for us when we arrived for check in. We were told we could wait in the lobby until the room is ready if we’d like, or drive around and they would give us a call once our room is ready. Most definitely took time out of our plans and stay. We chose to drive around to pass time. To top that off we never received a call about our room, we had to take the initiative to call the hotel to see if our room was ready an hour later after our check in time and still wasn’t. After 2 hours of our arrival time and still no call from hotel, we again took the initiative to return to the hotel and check on the room, the receptionist again told us it was not ready, said they’d call the housekeepers to rush the room, making it top priority, but as the receptionist was just about to make the call the housekeepers were just coming out the elevator, the receptionist asked housekeeping about the room, housekeeper said they had messaged them saying it had been done and ready. Now if it had been done and ready, someone who knows and has mopped, knows it does not take long for water after mopping to dry up. When we got to our room, you can tell housekeepers had just finished the room ( and I say this because as we were walking to our room, a housekeeper was coming around the corner from the direction of our room, we were on the third floor) The room floor was still wet and slippery from the mopping that had been done. It felt too sticky to be honest (like too much spray was used.) Then to top that off, the pool area and water were dirty, it smelled like toilet water in the pool area, you can see toilet paper in the pool and on the floor around the pool, also leaves and a lot more that you can see in the pool itself. (Wish I would have taken photos of the pool area) Beds were comfortable enough and breakfast was great. Other than that, it does not sit right with me to recommend this place.

Location and access Booked hotel for 5 people. Didn’t have linen nor enough towels. When called down for stuff was talked to rudely by staff. Was in town for funeral for tragic loss of a teenager. Was not in mood to deal with the guy acting crappy. The air conditioning in main room didn’t work either. Was blowing air but not cooled air. When we checked out no one around to give keys to or tell them ac wasn’t working.

Breakfast was good. The room was nice. I thought the pool was dirty and the hot tub was cold

I was really taken back by this, because it not only does the lack of contact not live up to the service we expected from the Cimarron, but also because I knew there were at least two (2) king rooms available not even an hour earlier that our family members declined. I asked about this and was told because I was not a rewards member and booked through Expedia, my reservation was not a priority and was moved to the bottom of the list. I was speechless in the moment and agreed to look into the othe

The refrigerator didn’t work and the shower didn’t drain while taking a shower. There was lots of dust in vanity in restroom also. Room was not as nice as the previous room I stayed in last week.

First room they had me check in on the 4th floor smelled like urine. Got a replacement room in the 3rd floor. Nice big rooms. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Nice place. Not great. Staff was not very helpful. Yellow light blinked on my phone and the staff didn’t know how to turn it off. Staff girl locked me out of room at 11:05am even though she approved me for late 12:00 check out. Ignorant lazy staff? Frozen berries at breakfast weren’t thawed out properly.

Breakfast was 10/10. Staff was super nice. Hot tub didn’t work so that was disappointing for my kids. Stairwells stunk like dog pee. Our room was clean though.

It started with our reservation. The reservation I booked online was not honored at the hotel. We had five people in a room with one bed. The blinds in the room would not close. So no privacy in the room. The microwave quit working, and the volume on the TV was very intermittent. The front desk was not helpful at all. We will never stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful, and accommodating. I had to extend my stay due to a sickness in the family, and they were not only helpful, but show true concern for her well-being.
