Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The pool was closed as was the hot tub and weight room. The breakfast room was tucked away in a small area. We would not have booked if we realized the construction wiped out all the amenities

asked for. It was a female and male. I could not remember their names, but both were helpful and friendly. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows were small. Did not sleep very well.

Breakfast No pool, no heads up about construction, turning water off at 10, just generally not the hotel I have always stayed at and for price for one night was HUGELY DISAPPOINTED!

We also had to deal with an incredibly loud pool party blasting techno music that literally shook our TV. I appreciate that the staff asked them to turn it down, but the guests continued the disruption anyway. Aside from one very helpful and kind gentleman who brought me towels, the rest of the staff was unfriendly. Needs improvement across the board. Especially for the price I paid for 3 nights.

Our room wasn’t cleaned for some reason and the staff knocked on our doors 3 times in the morning of check-out, before the 12pm deadline.

The breakfast was better than at other locations! Parking outside needed a little more light.

Nice hotel. Night stand electronic hook ups were very dirty. Desk was sticky.

The staff were helpful and respectful. Clean throwout the elevator, hall, breakfast room and bedroom. Will stay again. There truly wasnt anything I didnt like. Was enjoyable experience.

The manager was very courteous and understanding. Because of my leg problems, I needed a room that was close to the elevator and he made sure I got one. He has Great people skills!

Short stay but pleasant

Everything was good till about 1030pm/11pm. Water started coming up out sink and bath tub. No one in our room was even up it started on its own left dirt in the sink and the sink filled half way with water. It sounded like a washe running in our room. I told staff and was just met with thanks. It was over $300 for the stay for water backing up in our sink. Otherwise hotel was nice hot tub was hot.

This property was clean and convenient. Staff were exceptional. Definitely a great place to stay at. The only thing I’d suggest would be to upgrade tvs so can watch Netflix etc TV
