Breakfast was just stuck off in a side room

The location was good. Clean hotel. They are remodeling I was glad we had things that had to be done and we weren’t haggling out at the hotel during the day. Didn’t bother us much just minor noise and traffic as we came back mid morning to get are luggage and check out.

They have permanently closed down their pool so we were disappointed that we could not go swim. The room was clean and breakfast was good. They had biscuits and gravy, sasauge, cheesy pepper omelet, cereal, yogurt and pastries.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds Gym-no where to be found. Pool and Hot tub demolished. Just a big patch of dirt. Jackhammer- noisy on arrival . Pull down blinds broken in two of the rooms and material of blinds worn out on one of them.

Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The pool was closed as was the hot tub and weight room. The breakfast room was tucked away in a small area. We would not have booked if we realized the construction wiped out all the amenities

When we checked in the front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful with local information that my wife asked for. It was a female and male. I could not remember their names, but both were helpful and friendly. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows were small. Did not sleep very well.

Breakfast No pool, no heads up about construction, turning water off at 10, just generally not the hotel I have always stayed at and for price for one night was HUGELY DISAPPOINTED!

We also had to deal with an incredibly loud pool party blasting techno music that literally shook our TV. I appreciate that the staff asked them to turn it down, but the guests continued the disruption anyway. Aside from one very helpful and kind gentleman who brought me towels, the rest of the staff was unfriendly. Needs improvement across the board. Especially for the price I paid for 3 nights.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, with easy access to OSU, Walmart, Planet Fitness, etc. Breakfast is very bad, with very few options. Only ultraprocessed bread is available and the eggs were clearly fried along with the sausage (which is bad for those of us who don’t eat pork). Our room wasn’t cleaned for some reason and the staff knocked on our doors 3 times in the morning of check-out, before the 12pm deadline.
