My stay was ok staff was great especially miss Bonnie she was always willing to assist our needs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, the biscuits and sausage gravy were good. Coffee was good. Room was basic but was clean and the ac ran properly.

Breakfast was great, pool was open and clean, facility was cleanand in order. Only draw back is the beds. They were sooo hard. I had a horrible nights sleep and my back was hurting something awful. Would have been perfect if the beds weren't so hard.

Everything, clean breakfast is amazing, everyone that works here is super nice. There is nothing to not like

It is not understandable how a hotel that is undergoing renovation does not report on its website the work it is doing, but does charge the market rate which is very high for what it offers. We were able to see many workers moving around the visitors' own facilities, using the elevator with large equipment, materials and sheets which can cause an accident when leaving it in front of the guests. In general the service was very poor, the hotel was dirty, they removed the water and after the complaint was made they should have applied a discount which in the end was a deception. Breakfast is the same every day, there is no variety for a long stay. I really don't recommend it

The only downside was the renovations that were going on.

The place is freshly painted and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. They had a really cool pancake maker. Our room was huge with lots of room to spread out. The bathroom was large with great light up mirrors. Our room was modern, clean and relaxing. Even though the building was under renovation it was not loud and the work going on was discreet. It did not hinder our stay in any way. The location is great, it’s on a side street but close to restaurants and shopping. Close enough to get to everything quickly but far enough away to not hear the traffic and have all the lights and busyness. The property is in the renovation phase and our window still had plastic on the outside where they are painting the exterior but we were only there at night so really not a big deal, but off putting at first. The only big downfall was the bed was hard.

Close to venue Mattress on pull out couch was stained & thin. Very disappointing quality. No sheets or covers provided in the room. Very little toilet paper. No extra towels.
