I was charged for the room even though I already paid booking.com. It was my son's college graduation, so I had no choice. The hotel said they are now a Comfort Inn, so they didn't care that I already paid. Can you help me get reimbursed?

Our room had no light bulbs, no towels and no air conditioning

This location is not a safe location. The facility appeared to have sustained some water damage and several homeless were hanging in and around the lobby. My 10yr old felt unsafe and scared so we didn’t stay

Staff was friendly Was not in good condition seemed very minimal upkeep and services

Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure No notification the pool didn’t work, staff didn’t explain anything such as where the room was or elevator. Sheets on bed had grease or stains on them, the bathroom had mold on ceiling, there was a car outside our window revving up the engine for over an hour, also felt like we was rushed the next morning by getting emails and texts wanting to know when we leave.

Location Pool not working- price gouging for homecoming - front desk was a complete cluster

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The over powering smell of pot and mold was awful. There was a dog next door that barked often. The whole floor we were on had the over powering pot smell.

Nothing really Dirty, old and run down, way over priced but had no other option. Tv didn’t work, pillows weee horrible, bathroom rusted fixtures, hot, door lock broken

I booked through booking.com and when I presented my card to check-in and for invidentals the desk clerk tried to charge me for the room directly and when I told her I paid in advance through booking.com, she said she cancelled my booking. But I told her I already paid and she said they would figure it out. 2 months later they charged by card again. So I have now paid twice for this room and no one wants to fix the issue. The hotel was gross, all the public bathrooms on the main floor were full of sewage and the pool area smelled very much like sewage. I am still fighting with one of them to get at least one of the charges refunded because this place isn't worth almost $300 for a single queen bed room.
