Fairfield Inn & Suites Stillwater

The property was under construction while we were there. Our room had a hard time cooling down - the ac was cooling but it just took forever to really be cool. Other than that, breakfast was good, staff was attentive.

Breakfast was good and the location can't be beat. They are under construction, but it's going to look nice when it's finally done.

We stayed in what I’m assuming was a renovated room. Toilet runs. Toilet seat was not replaced. Tv mounted crooked. Pipe sealer spilled/stained in shower. No bathroom wastebasket. If you look closely carpet not installed all the way to wall. Would not stay again.

The staff was wonderful! But I could have stayed somewhere cheaper since they said they have a pool and dont! That was the only reason I chose this place. Also, the place was under construction so it was a giant mess. The sheets were scratchy and not comfortable at all.

Lots of contruction. Front desk staff super nice. Beds not so comfortable. I usually always love any Marriot as the beds are super comfy.

Location is great, parking is very limited. Inside was dated, dusty, under construction, and not temperate controlled.

The facility is currently under renovations, which was kind of shocking. The staff was exceedingly friendly. However, there were some odd charges on my credit card, we’ll see if those are removed.

Currently under construction which was not disclosed prior to us arriving. Pool is gone despite what the Expedia website advertised!

Explained everything to management not a surprised reaction. Never staying there again. Terrible experience.

Easy and convenient location for our event The beds were not all that comfortable and the air unit in the room was a little on the loud side.

The property is under construction, but it was very well managed without a lot of noise or interference with our stay. We forgot it was even going on. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to campus. But the best part of the entire stay was the staff. They were the most genuine, friendly people I have ever come across in a hotel. I only interacted with them at check-in and check-out, but both times the staff showed me that they care about making people feel welcome. 10/10 stars, will always stay here if I'm ever in Stillwater again.

Staff was nice and professional, hotel going through reno with no notes stating so, would have picked another hotel to stay at if I would have known, disappointed there was no prior notification by the hotel or booking site

Excellent price and location. Staff exceptionally courteous. Superb free breakfast.

Clean and friendly. Everything in the room worked as it should. Breakfast was fresh and good. There is no pool. I understand that they are renovating and have eliminated the pool, but it was advertised to have a pool. The main reason we booked this hotel was to have pool access. Amenities should be updated to not include the pool.
