Absolutely nothing! Everything! The night manager had refused to refund me and told me what kind of example was I making for my son for refusing to have him stay in an unsafe , unclean hotel room.

I only picked this hotel because it was convenient to the location where my son was dropped off. He needed a place to stay for the night. My son was not able to stay at this hotel as the person on duty at that time refused to let him stay there. He was only going to be there for one night. I (his mother) had paid for everything online, I was never notified that he was not allowed to stay or that I couldn't pay online for him to stay for a night. He was in a tough situation and I was trying to get him a room for the night. Very disappointed that my son ended up sleeping outside for the night.
