Everyone was very sweet and very clean hotel and breakfast was great.

The hotel smelled clean and fresh. The room was quiet and big at the end of the hall, and the staff offered us bottled water on the hot days. We also had a good breakfast and asked for and got a razor and shaving cream.

The hotel had a strong, unpleasant grease smell throughout our stay. The elevator was broken for three days, which was extremely inconvenient. What was particularly frustrating was that every day, the staff seemed unaware that the elevator was still out of service. The lack of communication and attention to such a significant issue was disappointing and made the overall experience much less enjoyable.

Mostly everything. One elevator was running and extremely slow. It was jerky. I’m not afraid of elevators but this one needs serviced. Loud at take off, shaky ride.
