Holiday Inn Stillwater - University West by IHG

I was disappointed that the elevators weren't working because the stairs are hard on my knees but I managed and the stay was still acceptable.

Big, spacious rooms. Amazing staff and the property is quite clean. Great location and not too far from OSU.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in great condition.

It was fine, the AC unit was a little loud, otherwise it was okay.

Only one elevator worked, hot tub was out of commission, every time I left the room, my room key didn’t work when I returned

The staff were friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and up to date. Room was nice, bathroom was clean and tidy. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Stillwater.

Definitely will not stay again. Hotel used to be nicer but the outside stucco is crumbling and the bathroom walls were needing repaired.

They cut off the water completely in the morning, i had an important meeting and wasn't able to take a shower in the morning and needed to brush my teeth in the lobby of the offices where i had the meeting, not a single cent was reimbursed in exchange of this wonderful experience, could keep going but i think you get the point.... oh and i got the insurance money back option when booked thru Expedia but at this point im not sure what thats for if it won't apply for these cases...

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Great staff, nice breakfast, nice little hotel bar, and cozy area to smoke cigars. A few small inconveniences with the elevator not working the first day and the power window blinds not working in my suite. I can climb one flight of stairs so no big deal. The alarm clock did not keep time but again, like many people, I did not use it anyhow and reported it when I checked out. Very clean, comfortable, and great staff. A great option that does not break the bank!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and beds were perfect!

The hotel pool was in poor condition, especially considering that my room had a direct view of it. However, the front desk staff was great, and the breakfast area staff in the mornings was an amazing person with a great personality. They were friendly, professional, and made the mornings enjoyable. Room was very clean.

Was a nice clean place to stay. Breakfast is a buffet what is an addition charge.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. First room we were put in had an AC that was so loud they had to move us but they were they were quick and nice about it. Beds were comfortable & room was clean. I would stay here again if breakfast wasn’t $12.95 a person that’s absolutely ridiculous but I know it’s not the staff’s fault.
