Hotel was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. First room we were put in had an AC that was so loud they had to move us but they were they were quick and nice about it. Beds were comfortable & room was clean. I would stay here again if breakfast wasn’t $12.95 a person that’s absolutely ridiculous but I know it’s not the staff’s fault.

Our overall experience was great. Would of enjoyed to have free breakfast

Breakfast is awesome worth the money but pay for it ahead of time otherwise it's 12.95 a person.

I booked this room for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not running and was not even cleaned out. The pool was disgusting. I had my husband try to clean it. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.

Everything else was clean and tidy, even the carpet which is typically a concern.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Staying again.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff is polite, rooms clean and spacious. This is now my hotel choice whenever I’m in Stillwater.

The place was dirty. Blood on the wall on the bed, old food wrapper on the floor at check in. The bed sheets and pillows smelled like men cologne as if the bed was made but the sheets weren’t washed.

Lovely newly refurbished hotel. The beds were very comfortable. I loved that it was quiet at night. I loved that it was next door to a large Walmart too & good gas prices. My only negatives were the sound on the tv remote was not working so I didn’t end up using the tv due to that (it’s an easy fix, I just didn’t mention it until checkout time) & the air-con machine in the room was extremely loud so bring earplugs to militate that. I forgot mine so the noise did keep me awake at times when it kicked in. I didn’t try breakfast as I had that elsewhere on business in Stillwater,

The room was ok but the pool was a nasty shade of green and the spa looked abandoned. Hilton properties seem to really have gone down hill I don’t suggest this location go somewhere else.

The place was nice. The staff was excellent and friendly. Real bad water pressure on the 4th floor. But much less for that the place was nice and comfortable.

Location& comfort. Friendly staff. Had a few bugs that came out to book light at night. Crickets.

This hotel charges $13 per person for breakfast, should be included. Our air conditioner was running nonstop on full blast and was freezing. The panel was broken so we could not turn it down on low. Called the Front Desk to ask for an extra blanket and they told us we had to come down and get it ourselves. I think overall, this is a decent place to stay, but they need to add more staff to accommodate better hospitality.

The only thing lacking is the free breakfast. There is an upcharge for breakfast so we opted to just go out to eat. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Absolutely love the living room area section to allow for visiting other than sitting on the bed. This was a repeat stay and we will most definately stay there again.

The price was decent considering it was a Holiday Inn. No vending machines and no free breakfast. They had a little store to charge to a card or room since they are a “cash free” establishment; however, there was no prices listed. A bottle of water cost me $4.50, a can of tea $4, and a bug juice $2.50. And unfortunately, the elevators were very slow. Many other guests showed upset with this as well. Lastly, the room was not pre-prepped for the number of guests I had booked with and the second key card stopped working after leaving the room.
