Residence Inn by Marriott Stillwater

Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice machines, no working laundry machines, no vending machines, and no housekeeping for our entire stay. We had to get our own towels and toilet paper every day. The property was also poorly maintained. Construction debris, cigarette butts, and trash remained outside all week. The outdoor seating areas were never cleaned, with sticky tables and cushions scattered on the ground. None of the outdoor or pool area outlets worked, which made it impossible for me to work remotely outside and left me confined to a hot, dark room. We reported these issues to staff throughout our stay, but very little was resolved. Had we known about these conditions before booking, we would have chosen a different hotel.

When we walked in the entry, there was quite a bit of construction in the lobby as they were remodeling this part of the hotel. Once this is finished, it should complete the remodeling process of the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice, clean and comfortable I booked a two room suite so my grandmother wouldn’t be alone. Upon checking in, was told there were none available and instead had to have two separate rooms, which happened to be on separate floors. Caused distress for grandmother.

it was horrible under construction and the pool was ice cold and not in a good way

Nothing. They were under renovations (major) when we arrived and so I canceled our reservation. Still waiting for a refund. I didn't like that they were under major renovations and we weren't informed of it. Yes, I booked it through booking but we called a couple of days before to add an additional night and on and asked if the pool was open. They said yes but didn't inform us of all the renovations going on. Before I canceled the reservation, I asked the fromt desk if there was a bathroom my 4 year old could use and she said no.

Under renovation. No where to hag out outside of room. Pool was indoor and muggy bc of ac not working Didn’t have spare bedding in rooms nor pillows for sofa sleeper. Had to go to lobby for spare bedding. No extra pillows whatsoever. Kids had to sleep without pillows. Ac didn’t work to well in rooms either

Very hot in common areas of property. Also had a very unpleasant odor in halls and common areas.

Renovations in progress, but room was very comfortable. The staff were nice, but I had a difficult time obtaining extra bedding for the pull out couch.

Property is under construction but it was a great quick stay for us. The room was very convenient. It had a full kitchen so helpful. Very spacious

Before we got to room, when we checked in, I asked about reserving another night (in case I wanted to stay an extra night) to stay with granddaughter in college and was told "sorry we're fully booked", good thing after staying the 1st night i wouldn't have wanted a second.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was terrible of cigarette smoke and other smoke. Lingered in the room and the hallway. Lean nice rooms but the smoke is a no for me

The breakfast was typical hotel food nothing bad just nothing extraordinary Just a little more variety for breakfast

Everything was just perfect! We celebrated our son’s college graduation at this location. We reserved four rooms, they were all beautiful and clean! Thank you for a great evening!

There were no face towels in our room.
