We were unable to check in due to elevators being down and no water running in hotel. We weren't told by staff we had to hear it from another guest. I was able to cancel.

Excellent property. We noticed only two issues: one elevator was not working and the pool had no umbrella! Otherwise, quiet and comfortable.

We stayed there 5 days and the elevators were not functioning the majority of the time. They were down at one point or another every day. We did not appreciate taking the stairs throughout each day. I would avoid this property until they replace the elevators. Right now, they are relying on a company to "fix" them and the fix doesn't last more than an hour or so.

For the most part the facility was good, however the entire facility had a smell as well as the room and the staff was pretty terrible. They rarely even looked up from the desk and if I ever asked a question they seemed frustrated that I was bothering them.

Check in staff was super friendly, room was very clean, parking was convenient and felt safe, breakfast was fresh and tidy with plenty of choices.

The room was so gross. I don’t know why but the humidity in the room was disgusting and causing the hardwood floor to be Estee slimy. The walls were paper thin and could hear everything from the hallway and room next door. Staff was super friendly and kind. Breakfast was good. There was just no ventilation in the room or hotel itself and honestly would be extremely concerned about mold growth with that amount of humidity in the room/establishment/ .
