Our room was meh. The outside was dirty. The inside was basic. It wasn't a terrible place but not a good place either.

Only stay here in extreme emergency! Run down, dirty room. guest stay here long term and live there kinda of shady. Definitely a no tell motel… the pictures on line completely fooled me.

Bedding was clean and comfortable Ralf The shower fixtures were in need of repair and even after mentioning it nothing was fixed. The flooring was dirty and needs to be mopped but they only sweep it

It easily is the best way to get away from reality for a while! Nice staff members and the pool is open!! Rooms were SUPER CLEAN!!

This property was falling apart but if you want to stay somewhere cheap and not get bedbugs I guess this is the place for you.

Ummm. The bed was perfectly worn out & the air conditioner worked ok. Oh geeezzzz. We paid in advance threw booking.com with no refund available. Upon arrival we found a used condom in the parking lot by the office. The man that checked me in, was efficient, but not really friendly. I asked about any security or "rounds", he just said they have cameras. Everything seemed clean. After checking in, we drove around the back to get to our room, and discovered MANY hovering people and drinking in the parking lot. It was a very sketchy feeling. The room was dirty. Mold in the caulk of the shower, had "stuff" splattered & speckled on EVERY wall, light fixtures missing, the shower head was just sad. Next time, I will drive to a better hotel when all the others are sold out.

Very little breakfast. Room needed cleaning. Maintenance was terrible. Bathroom light switch going bad. Bathroom had mold all over the walls on the lower walls. Very noisy.

The room wasn’t clean. It had stains all over the walls and baseboards. The bathroom shower had mold around the bottom of it. There wasn’t a light cover over the bathroom light, and spider webs and dust all over the vent. The ceilings and walls had cracks in them. The bed was awful not even a real mattress. I could barely get the door open it wasn’t opening properly. And outside there were people standing all around the steps blocking use of them. As well as when I left this morning several men standing outside my room drinking alcohol.

I will be honest this place is run-down. The room was clean but the base boards were filthy and you can tell the room was at a time smoking but because non smoking. The breakfast was very minimal. It was just a waffle maker, some cereal and coffee. The staff was excellent very straightforward. Check in and check out was easy and smooth.

People were nice The room was so small. You had a choice of which one you wanted to use - the microwave or the fridge. The shower was spraying everything but your body.

Just the location to the school. The cleanliness.

Rates were reasonable. Beds were okay The floor was dirty enough that the dirt covered my feet. They don’t mop the floors just use a floor duster. They don’t even go under the bed. The shower floor was covered in old soap scum. I showed this to a cleaning lady but she didn’t clean it out

Outside was dirty with cig butts all over. Staff was accommodating when I had internet problems. But, the price was much cheaper and it was my choice to stay there.

Very disappointed. Wouldn’t even let you take your breakfast back to your room. Never have I ever stayed at a place that was this unclean and rude. Won’t be going back.

The room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was adequate so well worth the stay.

This place is an absolute dump. The electrical plugs didn't work. The bathroom was falling apart and it smelled like sewage when you turned on the water. It was disgusting. Never going back!

The property does not match the images shown on the website, which was very misleading and disappointing. The hotel is outdated and in serious need of renovation. They don’t have staff present, the level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

The staff was alright. The stairs were sketchy going up to the second floor. Some of the numbers were missing from the door. Couldn’t get the door open at all. Had to go back to the front desk to have a staff member let us in. He used his body to open the door up. Once we got inside, the light didn’t work. It was flickering lightly. The bottom of the door was letting sunlight in. The carpet was uneven and lumpy. The carpet was not clean and had animal fur on the floor. The bed skirt was pulled out of place towards the front of the bed. It had dirt/crumbs on it. Both of the beds/sheets didn’t look very clean. The bathroom sink was dirty. The bottom of the toilet had pee on it and was dirty.
