Room was clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet. The mic/fridge worked. I couldn't connect to the wifi.

Love it here coming again

Very odd place. Did not feel like a hotel. Parking felt insecure but at least they said there would be parking security after 11PM.

Pésimo servicio

It was pretty clean and nice. Needs a bit of upgrade of things but other than that it was quiet and the staff showed great hospitality to us.

This place is scary. Check-in is at an outside security window. No remote for the TV, 2 skimpy pillows (no extras available), stains on the sheets, room locks very finicky, have to unplug the microwave or refrigerator to plug in the TV, only 1 working channel (TNT) on the TV.

I had 2nd floor but ended up loving room.

They really need to clean and take out all trash out .there were things there that shouldn't have been there

The worst hotel ever

THE TV SERVICE NEEDS FIXING VERY STATIC SNOW SCREEN

No spa, no tv that worked properly, room was filthy, was not family oriented, never saw children anywhere. The only accolades I can give is that my son was in ICU at hospital that was only 2 miles away.

Clean room but needs updates.. they wouldn’t allow my panic response service animal. But I digress.. entry way light didn’t work, maintenance said he’d be back to fix it he never came found out the next day at checkout the big boss would have to order it.. the curtains fell once trying to open them. The shower head leaks and sprayed out towards the bathroom.. also you can’t have any cooking appliances.. whack.. not to banter more but the bed sheets was stained and had had on it..

I WISH WE COULDVE STAYED LONGER, BUT IT BE LIKE THAT SOMETIMES..LOL

It’s quiet No tv no microwave

The room was so bad that we checked out immediately because the smell was horrific. Room very dirty bathtub multiple large cracks in it towel stained toilet dirty with spots of urine on the toilet seed. By far the office place I've ever seen. I'm requesting my a full refund since we didn't stay in the room and we had to go and rent another room in another hotel because it was that bad

It was horrible. I booked a smoking room, but when i got there none of the room waee smoking. The shower had no curtains and water was everywhere after a shower. The water didn't go down the drain, so when you shower you would be standing in dirty water. The room was nasty and had a awful smell. It was a terrible place to stay at.
