I liked everything from cleanliness and also the staff were very helpful. One thing was just the noise coming from the outside could be heard very loudly. But Im used to it but if people that are sensitive when sleeping would probably not like it.

How the rooms were setup very roomy and clean and equipped with full refrigerators and kitchen area.

I have stayed here three times now when I travel through Stockton. My experiences have all been positive. It is what you would expect of a hotel in its price range. The rooms are clean and functioning. The staff is polite and attentive. This time I noticed they made some security upgrades that will help customers feel safer. The only negative thing I noticed this time was the room I stayed in did not have blackout curtains. There was only a roll down blind. Otherwise my stay was good.

The area to access the rooms is locked and can only be accessed with the room key, which is a great security feature. Property outside well kept. Plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious, but are outdated. Chipped paint, small dents on walls, and bathroom floors rusted along shower. The rooms could use updating, but the updates are minor things. Cleanliness is ok. Beds are clean, but floors could be better cleaned and mopped. Room includes 2 basic bar soaps and body wash/shampoo. The best thing about the room is it has a full size fridge with freezer and a microwave. Overall this motel is decent. The owners could invest in updating and repairing some minor issues in the room to improve it.

Very old outdated motel was not in a very good section of town. Didn’t look safe ended up not staying there after seeing their room.

I liked the air conditioning, ice machine, laundry room. I did not like the pool area. The pool grounds needed power washing and the chairs need to be replaced. The repairs to shower were not neatly done. There was a weird smell on the room luckily I had my peppermint oil with me. Staff was friendly and eventhogh the hotel was full they remained patient.

The room was not cleaned properly. Pee and pubic hair on the toilet seat.

Place is as advertised. Very secure and clean.

Certainly time for more than a light cleaning of the bathroom in the room we stayed in. Can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff. They were wonderful. Parking was nice too.

Decent place for a one or two night stay, very friendly & accommodating staff. It's just the surrounding area that isn't to my liking. Overall...a solid decent place to stay.

Good deal and nice owners, was clean and had good AC and store in front.

Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. Gated secure parking on site and in a quiet neighborhood close to shops and restaurants.
