Room was clean and smelled fresh. Loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Along with a small table and chairs to enjoy a meal.

The neighborhood was horrible. The city really needs to get a trespassing enforcement within the community to help with unquestionable individuals that loitered around.

I had booked the hotel for two nights, but on the very first night, my room card stopped working because I returned after midnight. When I asked the lobby staff to let me in, the person on duty claimed there was nothing he could do and just kept having that broken machine issue me new cards. I had to make four trips back and forth before the staff member finally managed to issue a working card.

Bed was very hard staff was very good but it is scary when you see all the homeless around the property the good thing is that parking lot is gated only was in is with your room key

El edificio está en malas condiciones muy inseguro,cables sueltos y aparte tienen cucarachas!!! Cuando lo reportas con evidencia dicen que es mentira y no te resuelven nada y menos te dan rembolso

I did not expect so many travelers to have pets relieving ourselves all around the property anywhere it would be nice if you’re going to be pet friendly to have a pet location and power wash the sidewalks once a week to maintain a good look all the way around the property, especially in the back and sides. Otherwise my experience was good. I don’t have a pet and I don’t expect to see pets relieving themselves.
