Spider outside my room and spiders inside the room. The crowded extra mattress in the room given. The shower that scalded us while we tried to clean up and kept changing temperature regardless our trying to adjust it.

I stayed 2 extra days. The original check in staff were great. The room was excellent. On my 3rd day the girl at the register tried to con me out of my change with a bait and switch, and intimidating behavior before I got my change. She refused to give me her name, so I made a complaint to Booking.com. they never got a response. On my second day I did my laundry and was scammed out of 25.00 from the laundry program. I paid the money only to find that the dryers weren't hooked up to the program. I finally had to complain through my bank to get my money back. When the charge came into my bank it was listed as fast food.

The bed was clean After receiving a room that was not cleaned already for a guest I complained they moved me to a different room that did not have an air conditioner. That worked did not have a refrigerator, coffee pot or microwave after I checked into the room. I was so exhausted I went to sleep anyway just to be woke up several times during the night and the bathroom was the shower was ridiculously dirty. I couldn’t even take a shower.

I liked that it had Roku tv Your ac coils need to be cleaned really bad compressor not kicking on because coils caked with grime and buildup.

Door lock was broken, shower door and bathroom door were both broken and would not close properly. Pool was unsafe. Property was rundown overall and not in great condition. Air conditioning worked well. Water pressure was low and shower head was very loud, woman at the front desk nice and helpful.

It ended up being a pretty quiet hotel, so can’t complain

Main office was nice inside Location, when arrived, very uncomfortable around other tenants, when walking to room. Found a small spider on one of the bed pillows. Photos online very misleading..did not feel safe enough to stay overnight. Left and found a different hotel safer for my family.

The TV it got a lot of channels and it was a good playing TV I didn't like the fact that they did not have a microwave in the room for me I requested a microwave and a refrigerator for me and the downstairs room

The room smelled like weed. The bathroom door was hard to open & close. Got the standard room. Didnt know it wouldn't come with a microwave or a mini fridge. Bathroom had a tini bar of soap & tini shampoo.

Yes everything was on point.staff was wonderful
