Honestly staff was so helpful and kind. Our air conditioner was not working and it was very hot in the room luckily they fixed it next day. We witnessed a lot of police activity and they were looking for someone that was a bit scary. Area didn’t seem safe. Room was clean ! Pool area was very nice

Everyone of the staff members were very friendly, always a smile on their faces and always willing to help.

The staff was rude. The room was dirty and felt unsafe. I drove three hours to go home rather than stay there.

😬 the staff is young and need more training far as checking in and charging. One night stay cost myself 293.74 when it should’ve been 174.74, tanned my card twice for security hold 93.37 and 100.00. Which wasn’t returned back to the card. I’m disputing the transaction 😢
