Clean room friendly staff and convenient location close to train station specifically for the person that commutes like me

We have stayed here 3 times now. Never have we ever had an issue with the campus or the staff, BUT this last time the evening front desk gal was so rude. We asked 3 people on the grounds if they could please turn on the fire pit we were told “don’t know how”, “engineer left”, and “not my department”. We were poolside with drinks and were threatened with the police if we didn’t take it to the room. We were treated like juveniles!

This is a nice, large hotel with a pool and hot tub. Probably is the nicest hotel in Stockton. They charge a "resort fee" but don't even have basic things like pool towels down by the pool. The pool needed attention, like for someone to pick up the many wet room towels scattered everywhere and some light trash around. Staff was very nice. I suppose if you find yourself in Stockton and want a decent place to stay with a pool, this would be the place. The rooms were clean, quiet, and seemed recently remodeled.

What I liked about the place is it’s just across the street to the Adventist health Arean . Upsetting to walk and find hairs and glitter sparkles all over the bed and make up on pillow cases over the bed and under neath the bed there was a nasty with build up Eye care drops , found a pair of used eye lashes stuck to the table. The pool is very disgusting looked like there’s lots of wax floating in it no towels and vomit pit side in the loading dock area no one cleanded since 11 pm Saturday was still there at 12:00 midday when we checked out I had a very bad experience i will never go back there pool needs to get cleaned that’s very discusting u cann se dirt on the floor And so much whir cloudy scabs moving arround and like wax layer on the surface of the water I will appreciate if I get reimbursed I did not enjoy the pool at all and were ever I go it’s the pool that I’m looking to be at or the hot tub. The local location is great specially if you’re going to a concert next-door and down the street you got great food.

The room was nice. Great area for kids to play. The staff was the most friendly I have experienced and the food at the restaurant was good. Overall a really great experience.

I liked the property. What I was charged included a $26 resort fee. I was surprised. My price quote did not include that ridiculous fee. I am angry . Resort ????? Resort fee is stupid! No benefits for a resort fee?

Great hot tub and pool overlooking the water! Next door to the arena!
