All the staff are great and they are always there for any issues or anything that you need.

Very disappointing trip to this Motel. Ice Machine was Broken. My room did not have a refrigerator, no microwave to heat my food. The TV channels are limited and the reception kept pausing throughout my two day stay. Loud music and commotion every night.

Hotel didn’t have refrigerator,microwave or ice machine. Upon Checking into the room I noticed that I had nowhere for ice and food that needed to be refrigerated. I notified front desk and was told they no longer have refrigerator or microwave because they were being stolen. The front desk clerk attitude was nasty and said speak to the manager the following day because he was a new worker and was tired . Each time I tried to speak with manager no managers was available. It a shame before God to have someone pay 361.00 for 4 nights in 112 degree heat and not have refrigerator or microwave. They didn’t even have ICE MACHINE. I will never book with them again.

there was no breakfast, not even Coffee. I made my reservation on line and I request a non smoking Room but when we got there the only Room they had available was a handicap room so we had no choice. As far as I know when make a reservation they supposed to save a room for you especially when you pay for in advance.

Nothing.. Pool was closed and looked as if it wasent cleaned for along time.Looks as if they do t even care about their guests. Ice machine broke/a/C in room was horrible. Bed sheets stained. Door not very secure.Asked for extra pillow.. Stated they dident have any. Ghetto place..
