Great little bar, great staff, clean rooms.

We loved our stay

Decor and interiors are used and abused. Walls are thin: guests beside and above you are overheard consistently. There was an AC mini split in the room, ours, did not work. There was a window shaker AC taped into the window. It did a less than great job keeping the room cool. This hotel is not crisp and clean! Totally smells old on couches and when you walk in. The fire place and spa are literally a whole in the ground and the pictures shown online are misleading.

Very roomy accommodation in a great location. A little outdated for my liking.

Hardwood floors and an actual metal key for the door. This place was a step back in time. Centrally located in Stowe with a friendly staff.

Wonderful lodge with big gaming and reading rooms, great breakfast, clean rooms, bar with live music and delicious restaurants within walking distance.

I’ve now stayed at 3 hotels owned by this group. This one was by far the least inviting. Our room was small and had several small but obvious things needing repair (hole in drywall in bathroom, masking tape on a/c unit, dark splatter on light in bathroom). Staff always seemed surprised if we spoke to them but were kind and helpful. Would not choose this place again.

Staff was wonderful. So friendly and helpful to make our stay special. Morning food was simple but got the job done. The decor in the common areas are amazing. We loved the vibe. The cookies in our room!!!!!!! Add some bread to your breakfast option. Only bagels was sad.

The lodge was aesthetically pleasing, but upon check in we were provided with very little information about what was available for guests or how after hours doors worked. Our room was clean but it was so hot and we could not adjust the temperature. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to take off. We had to turn it off it was so loud.

Nice property and very convenient for walking around town. My room had a strong pine sol smell. I went to the store and purchased a cleaner with natural ingredients and did the floors again to remove the smell.

Breakfast time was only 2 hours. Though to get to. Maybe some low staffing also. But overall good and did what they could.

Chanelle and Zane were great! Buying 100 worth of food to find out our 3 bedroom condo had no kitchen and a mini gridge that holds minimal stuff.
