Green Mountain Inn

One of the manager brought us cookies at the pool wrapped up after we told her it was our last day. So nice! We love the afternoon tea and cookies everyday at 4pm. Such a nice touch We actually met one of the owners who gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and 2 beautiful flutes!! Beautiful clean room, we went for the economy room and it was bigger than expected and had coffee machine, iron, bathrobes etc. Really comfortable bed and bed linen. Also ac which was very welcome. The pool is a real bonus. Loved our stay, location is perfect.

Cute accommodations right in the heart of Stowe. I definitely will come back!

Wonderful comfortable room! The Inn was beautiful and the location is perfect for walking Main Street, access to the Recreation path, and close to attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great dinner at the Whip.

So clean and pool was so enjoyable. Lucy was at the snack bar. Just delightful.

If you are considering staying here-DO IT! The hotel was beautiful both inside and out. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully maintained, pool area was awesome with bar and food options, and plenty of seating. We were offered a room upgrade immediately upon checking in which was an added bonus. We come up to Stowe fairly frequently and will definitely be staying here next time.

Other than the broken elevator -- fixed first thing Monday morning -- we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel.

This is a cute hotel with an amazing restaurant and bar. The breakfast menu was phenomenal and the desk staff treated us like we were family. Did t use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and very clean

Such a charming hotel! Our rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The pool area was very nice. I especially loved The Whip Bar & Grill for dining. The Inn is right in the middle of Stowe and everything was very walkable. The staff was helpful in providing any information we needed for our stay.

There are no negatives. Staff was great, rooms are clean, location is amazing! Loved that they host a 4:00 tea and cookie time. We stepped out and had all kinds of shopping/restaurants all around us. I will definitely stay again. We never got to check out the pool..next time!

Did not use any of the amenities

We had a great stay overall. I guess the only downside was the staff being inattentive. The house keeper was excellent but it was when we went to the pool and the pool bar was closed in late June. Granted there was a sign that said “call this number if pool bar is closed and need service” but we called and left a voicemail and never heard back or had anyone come outside. Also we called to have the fire pit outside the Mansfield house put on and the staff said they would but they did not. And as we waited around the fire pit we noticed multiple powertools with blades and batterypacks attached sitting on an end table by the fire pit. A bit unsafe for small children. And the poison pellet pesticides all over the ground doesn't help either.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Green Mountain Inn. The inn was exquisite The room was above our expectations. The food was A+. We couldn’t have asked for any more. I highly recommend Green Mountain Inn for anyone visiting Stowe

We absolutely love it- staff is wonderful and professional. Food and drinks are great. Rooms are clean.

My daughter and I were visiting for a mother daughter trip. She loved the outdoor heated pool and the location of the inn. I rated down how well the place was maintained because the elevator was being fixed the entire time we were visiting so we had to carry the luggage up to the second floor. We loved the restaurants for breakfast and dinner on location. The town was beautiful to walk around. The inn location was central to a variety of tourist stops.
