Green Mountain Inn

Wonderful stay at the Green Mountains Inn. The suite was well maintained and spacious with a very large and comfortable 4 poster bed. We had to climb a set of stairs with our luggage, but the hotel quickly sent a staff member to help. The breakfast (not included in our booking) was very nice. The Inn is very centrally located, close to an amazing walking trail, shops and restaurants. Stowe is a picturesque little town and would be lovely to visit in the Autumn. A quick drive to the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream factory and to walking trails in the mountains and ski slopes in the winter. We will come back to enjoy the Fall.

Great location. Very friendly staff and comfortable bed. The room was clean and the property well cared for. Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking. We would stay here again - great experience.

We liked everything about the place inside and out. It was easy to get around. You didn’t have to drive if you didn’t want to everything is right in the area..

The Green Mountain Inn strikes the perfect balance between historic ambiance and modern resort convenience. We spent our days checking out the local trails and shops, and our evenings unwinding by the outdoor firepits and enjoying the pool. The hospitality here is incredible—every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only con is parking is limited but they do have overflow lot.

We loved the Inn and are looking forward to going back. My only complaint would be not a great selection of adult drinks and way over priced for what we got. The one's we ordered were weak and not very good tasting. The morning Bloodymary was horrible I sent it back. I'm not sure who made it but they need lessons. seemed like just a can of V8. In order to have a good drink we had to go to the gas station for a bottle of wine and go back to the room.

The property was very well maintained. All the staff and neighbors were very helpful and kind. The staff was very attentive and informative of the surrounding area.

It was in the middle of the town very convenient to everything. Pool and jacuzzi were great

A hotel of this size and stature should have an executive office where we can utilize a computer and printer and also dryers for our wet clothing. The dryer can be coin operated.

Great central location and well maintained hotel. The Whip restaurant and bar was very good too.

Really enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff, nice location right in town. We will be back!
