Very friendly, nice place to stay while visiting Stowe. Close to trails and places to eat.

Excellent property. Lots of close returants in close walking distance. Hotel was clean and welcoming.

Staff was great at check in, coffee and tea available in the office. Good size refrigerator in the room. It was quiet when we stayed in mid June. Walkable to The Alchemist Brewery, with their widely recognized Heady Topper beer on draft. Also walkable to a couple of restaurants and coffee shops though it would have been nice to have a sidewalk on one side of the street at least. Overall, good value and great staff make me want to go back again.

Had a wonderful stay in June for my teenager's soccer tournament 45 mins away. We had an efficiency so I could cook rather than going out all the time. Cooked all our meals on the stove top and oven. The beds were comfortable. The first night we stayed the room we had smelled like someone recently had used the fireplace and I had some breathing issues as I have asthma. I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms to a room without a fireplace. They said I would have to downgrade to smaller beds and smaller room without fireplace and they didn't want to do that. They suggested 2 other rooms that were actually bigger, but had better doors on the fireplace that closed off and gave me keys to both to go check them out and smell if they had recent fires or not. They both had no fire smell, separate bedrooms with a king bed for kids to share and queen bed for me by myself l, and larger full kitchen. The only downgrade was a smaller TV, so I think they should update to larger smart TVs in all units like the efficiently had. Other than that, I was satisfied with the larger kitchen, living room, dining are, and separate bedrooms! The weather was nice both days so we used the nice outdoor pool and hot tub in the evenings after soccer games. The kids used the free bike rentals for a quick bike ride while I went grocery shopping the first day. Overall, awesome stay and experience and I would definitely stay again and may plan a ski trip to stay here in the winter. Thank you!

Great location, quiet surroundings. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. A great budget locaation. Nothing, the place was great.

Clean room. Nice easy check in. It did have a kitchen area which we didn't use, but looked well equipped. Used the hot tub which was very nice. The shower was updated and very nice in the morning. This was a nice place to stay.

Motel was quintessential New England. Quality amenities, professional staff, fair price, comfortable beds.

Great value. Huge unit. Very old school simple motel with just one story and you can park at your door. Great location to access ski resort. I didn’t use the shuttle but it was right by the hotel. Hot tub was unavailable half the time and not very hot. But that was a guests fault for glass bottle in the hot tub. Kitchenette very limited but functional for breakfast and quick meal. As long as your expectations are in line with the price you’re paying, you’ll be pleased. If you’re looking for luxury, you’ll have to pay more elsewhere.

Great stay at the Stowe Motel. This is a basic hotel/motel experience—there aren’t frills but the room was spotless and quiet and the bed was wicked comfortable. Front desk staff was so lovely—provided lots of information about the area. Love that they have a huge DVD and game selection. Very close to everything in the area. Would definitely stay again.

This place is what you need if your using your Epic pass to grab some time on Stowe. Clean and renovated a bed and a bathroom with a microwave and a fridge and a kettle (no coffee maker). location in the thick of the restaurant scene on the mountain road is a plus. It's not the Ritz Carlton but good value close to skiing.

Awesome spot. 10 min from mountain. Friendly and attentive staff.
-
With the arrival of subzero temperatures, they refused to make an exception to their no-cancellation policy after two weeks before arrival, even when I offered to rebook for a following weekend with more nights.
-
Great stay. Clean room. Motel was centrally located for both for true resort and the town.
-
Late check-in was easy and I appreciated having a key ready after the office closed. Parking was a mess though, NO handicap spots and no actual spaces available either. Had to make my own spot both nights. Room heat was off when I arrived, and once I turned it on there was loud knocking all night, was told later it’s because the room is over the boiler.
