Parking and staff good. Fair cleanliness. Good deal

I liked that the staff was very nice and helpful, made me feel comfortable to ask for service if needed. The room was clean, a bit dusty, but nothing that couldn't be wiped off. The air conditioner was on point, I also liked the working windows for night air. Parking was ample. The area was very quiet, no kids running up and down the halls, banging on people's doors, the whole building was quiet. The best part was the peace and quiet.

We spent a week here with our family of 6 found it very clean, helpful and kind staff. Plenty of car parking convenient, economical and decent lodging.

Our overall experience at this hotel was mixed. Pros: Our room was reasonably clean, albeit a bit spartan. The beds were adequate. For a property close to the highway, the noise level wasn't bad. Cons: The parking lot was a mess of potholes. When we checked in, the receptionist said we should not use drugs at the property (specific drugs were named). I do not appreciate talking about drug use in front of my young family, nor do I appreciate the assumption that I would use drugs. That makes me wonder if drug us is a problem at this hotel. The tub stopper in our room was broken and had to be propped in place to allow the tub to drain. The hallway carpets were badly worn. The air conditioner began giving off a bad odor in the middle of the night, so we turned it off. I would not stay here again.

The rooms were very tidy and clean. Staff is very friendly! The A/C unit was blowing a little musty smell but turned the fan blower down and was better. The room and everything else was very clean and supplies were stocked.

Everything looked fine, and the staff was helpful.

i paid and after I saw it I drove out of thr parking lot and stayed somewhere else. It was not at all welcoming and it was so rough looking on the outside I could not imagine what the inside held. not clean. curtains were hanging off the rods not even attached properly.

I often don’t leave reviews, but this staff deserves a shout out for their friendliness and exceptional condition of the rooms and services provided. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t look any further. Book it now, you won’t be disappointed.

I could not stay there
-
Almost like staying with family They keep upgrading the property. If you make a suggestion and it's a good one they actually make the change. I always feel at home here
-
Rooms very clean and staff very helpful centrally located to lots of restaurants and stores. Outside is dated inside in not!

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and I would rate it 1 star. I only stayed the full duration because I had prepaid and couldn't get a refund. Had I been able to cancel, I would have checked out after the first night. The property is clearly poorly maintained and has been neglected for years. The carpets in the corridors are ripped in multiple places, creating serious tripping hazards. Instead of properly repairing them, the staff simply threw small rugs over the damaged areas. Many large rips remain completely exposed and visible — it's unsafe and looks terrible. The room cleaning service is substandard at best. They mop the floors with the same dirty water without changing it, which actually makes the floors dirtier than before. After noticing this, I had to specifically ask the staff not to mop my room and ended up cleaning the floor myself every day with my own supplies. The room itself was musty and had a persistent bad odor. I had to buy and install a room refresher just to mask the smell enough to tolerate it. The overall condition of the building shows clear signs of long-term neglect. On a positive note, the staff members I interacted with were very nice and courteous. They were polite and tried to be helpful when I raised my concerns. Unfortunately, the poor maintenance, terrible cleaning standards, and unpleasant room conditions made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
