Comfort Inn & Suites Streetsboro - Kent

Air conditioner leaked the entire 4 days. I had to call twice to get someone to deal with it, and it took 24 hours for maintenance to come. The carpet got soaked and mildewy. There was black mold in the bathroom, and a floor tile was loose.

The location was nice. The property was a little dated. The air conditioner did not work very well and the room smelled damp. There were ants everywhere in our room and were on everything by the time we were leaving.

Staff overall room was good Reported loose shower curtain rod . Water was getting on the floor. Was told it would be taken care of checked out 4 days later it was not repaired

Bathroom was terrible , broken curtain rod hanging made it impossible to shower . fan in bathroom not working , only one outlet in bathroom worked . Room smelled awful , had to burn a candle to get the smell out . Hallways smelled musty and gross. Dirty kleenex left in chair in the room , For a $176.00 a night it was terrible . Will never book again.

Housekeeping is subpar. Our shower had significant mold in the cracks where panels meet. Big coffee stain on wall next to bed. The door stopper had been shoved into the wall. The room door sticks and needed a huge shove to open. All stuff the housecleaning staff should have noticed and either cleaned or reported. 35 minutes from track. McD next door. Based on price and cleanliness, we definitely will try to find different accommodations next time.

Room was comfortable and clean. It was a double queen room, but strangely the beds were in two separate rooms of the suite. The bathroom was in the middle of the suite and the AC/Heater was only in one room. Breakfast was sparse. The lady running the breakfast was very nice, however the scrambled eggs tasted terrible and everything was cold - even the coffee. We had to go out and find somewhere else to eat.

They advertised pets welcome,when Arrived no pets.refused to refund never heard from booking.Never received a refund steer clear!!!!!!!

Clean very well decorated Matt the person at the front desk had an attitude because I was at the front and he was somewhere else. I guess it was irritating to have to come help someone. If I got annoyed at something he said he snapped back with more attitude. It was just very unprofessional and not hospitable in the slightest. Frankly he sucked.

Very accommodating, Matt at the front desk was very pleasant and help as can be. I had a very pleasurable stay there and was very happy with the overall place!

The staff were so kind. We couldn’t have asked for nicer staff at the service desk. The room smelt must, potentially in the air conditioning and their were ants. The pool was nice but the indoor temperature of the room wasn’t warm and the water wasn’t very warm. My kids loved it but I was too cold to swim.

We were very impressed with the staff. A special thanks to Matt at the desk who was incredibly kind and helpful and to Tina who watches over the breakfast area with a kind and careful eye.

Staff was friendly but very disorganized. We got keys to a room that was still occupied. There was also bugs, looked like ants, in the room. Disgusting.
