Very good

Matt at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful.

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient and the staff was super friendly. Wish they had a hot tub

The location was convenient for dining and shopping. Staff was pleasant especially Matt at the front desk. The room was decent just little outdated. Easy check in and out process. Only complaint is that there was no blind on the window so it was very bright in the morning.

Hotel was basically pretty clean overall. Though I didn't complain but my wife showed me a lot of mold in the tub/shower. Yes it was noticable. And there was a small bug, possibly a baby cockroach running around the morning we left. Breakfast was good, not the greatest tasting but ok. The lady setting up & doing the breakfast was Awesome. She was making sure everyone was taken care, Very Pleasant and happy with her care over the guests. Our check in guy Matt. Very helpful & knowledgeable about the hotel, the City and recommended some great restaurants and where to go for shopping around. He definitely knew the surrounding area. All in a decent place to stay

Clean room

Room was decent for price. Breakfast was also decent for price.

Very good

Location, breakfast, parking, pool, room quiet, clean considering the conditions of the room, night staff and kitchen staff were very helpful except for the night staff person on 9/15. He was not very friendly or helpful. (probably the hotel manager) I have been in Motel 6 and Super 8 motels that were in better condition for half the price. The curtains were moldy, the lights in the bathroom had dead bugs or dirt in them, the hair dryer wasn't even hung on the wall. You had to set it on the vanity to use it. The reading light on one side of the bed was duct taped up. The outlet for your phone/computer connection was missing on one side of the bed. The electrical outlets on that same panel were useless. The whole hotel needs revamped. Peeling plaster walls and mismatched paint colors in the room. The VERY bright light for the parking lot outside the room was aimed right into the room! Angle it down into the parking lot not the side of the building!

They made a guest room into a fitness room which I appreciate. I wish they had breakfast options for gluten free and dairy free needs.

Only two towels and wash clothes.

Very friendly staff.

Ben and Matt are the best !! The morning breakfast gal and cleaning so friendly! Thank you!

Great staff No jacuzzi

Overall our stay was okay. The hotel is in a good location near the turnpike and easy to find. The property is a little dated and could use a refurbishment/remodel, the room door need to be slammed in order to latch completely and the shower didn't drain very well.

The employees are nice! We had to change rooms but they understood!
