Easy check in and staff was friendly! Everything worked great.

Tv that doesn't function. Bed in the worst possible position. No hair dry, shampoo or conditioner. Completely needs to be re done. It's disgusting. The pool is completely closed. Except for the toilet it would have been more comfortable to sleep in the car.

The A/C unit was noisy and struggled to operate. The tv would pause while watching any program on any channel. The toilet bowl was cracked and did not flush well. The room had a cluster of odiferous aromas with a base of tobacco smoke. The stairway was similar was a urine odor prevailing. The shower, refrigerator and bed were adequate. The room was not serviced during my 2 night stay. The front desk personnel was friendly and handled chcking in and out efficiently.

The room was okay. At first had the smell of dog odor on the elevator, but was finally disinfected the next morning It really turned us off and it is apparant that the motel might accept pets There were dogs in one of the rooms on the 3rd floor in which our room was several rooms down. They finally left there room with the dogs and it did quiet down from then on. We did not use the room on our third night but they told use they could not refund the money since we made the reservation thru expedia. So that was our experience in a nutshell,

Staff was helpful but extremely overworked. Room was very nasty few bugs here and there. Beds were made but sheets were dirty mattress was dirty hallway floor super dirty smelled like someone relieved themselves in there. Overall not a great place to stay but if you're by yourself and traveling with a pistol and Lysol give it a shot.

Terrible smell throughout entire building, stains on the wall, stains on the carpet and blood on the sheets. I checked out after the 1st 5 minutes.

The room itself was relatively clean, albeit very outdated and worn. The air conditioner barely worked, had it set to 60 just to keep the room in the 70s and it was always damp. The hallways stunk of pot which also wafted in to the rooms from time to time (even though the property is no smoking). However the worst was the stairway near our room. We were on the 2nd floor and had to traverse these stairs several times during the day, and had to hold our breath to get through them. The stench of urine and pot was enough to gag you if you were unfortunate enough to get a whiff. The windows in there were screwed shut, so there was no hope of getting any fresh air. Probably the 2nd worst hotel I have every stayed at, and would never step foot in there again.

This was the dirtiest motel I’ve ever seen. The place is completely run down and filthy. I had to buy Clorox wipes to clean all the surfaces in the room. The windows were filthy with dog paw prints and saliva. The ceiling sprinkler appeared to be duct taped up there. I can’t implore you enough to stay somewhere else. I know for $65 you can’t expect much but this was just terrible. I will say the toilet was clean. That just about sums up the good part. Staff was kind when I called in the middle of the night twice due to fights creating a disturbance in the hall. It was that bad. Please, please stay somewhere else.

It was like sleeping on cardboard bed only 1/2 in thick and on platform I could not walk well the next day

The room was clean and ready to go when I arrived at the property. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout my stay

Room was decent for sleeping. Even though it is non-smoking, you can smell that many still do. Last morning we had NO hot water.

Smelled of urine. 4 police cars arresting someone in the parking lot.

Really dirty. A the mini fridge was leaking.

Location My room smelled like a mix of cigarettes and urine. The hallways smelled of cat urine. The floors in my room were sticky and the hallway carpets were stained and filthy. We had 4 people in our room and were provided with one washcloth.

We really enjoyed staying here while visiting cuyahoga national park. There were a few minor issues which were resolved. No coffee maker in room so they had coffee in the lobby at 6am. Overall a nice stay, would visit again.

Nice people but not comfortable

I did not think it prudent to walk on the carpeting barefoot. There are multiple patches, all poorly done, in all of the walls where fixtures were removed. The property had a sour and musty odor. The desk clerk checked me into a room with no bed and full of tools, apparently under renovation. She did apologize for her mistake. The room had a small refrigerator, a microwave and a TV. I was afraid to try to use any of these amenities. I'll never stay at this hotel again and would advise others to avoid it.

I thought for the reasonable price it worked well. I would stay again
