No couch, missing paint, greasy hand prints on the walls and bathroom, light switches didn’t work

My trip was September 25th (2026) I would only stay in this location again if they get better service. My last 2 visits (last weekend and the weekend prior) were TERRIBLE!!! I have had no issues with this location in 2 years. I always stay here. Recently, the service has sucked!!! Cancelling my room to give to another person one week, then the following week I had to wait 45 minutes for a room, but the people who walked in behind me had no issues. The room i got was not what i reserved, and I was told they were sold out. I made my reservation almost a month in advance!!! The room I got looked as if it was a lived-in room that they hurried and cleaned out. The panel from the sink was falling off. I complained 2x within an hour. It was ridiculous! I don't know if this place is under new management, because I have been staying at this location for 2 years when I frequent the area, but the last two visits were terrible!!! I didn't stay 2 days because it was so bad, and left the following morning and got a refund for my second night---- which probably worked for them because the room I reserved a month in advance was sold to another party AGAIN!!!

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years. Recently (during the last 2 visits), the service has been terrible. I don't know if this location is under new management, but the service has gone downhill. 2 weeks ago, I traveled with my son, only to arrive and find out they had cancelled my reservation. A reservation I had, like I always have, to pay for when I arrive. The woman at the front desk told me another party arrived with more people wth them, and they gave them my room. UNACCEPTABLE. Then when I complained, she said, " Oh, we tried to charge you in advance. I asked Why? When my reservation was to pay when I arrived, LIKE IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN. Then she switched it up again and said, "Oh, we didn't have a phone number for you. A LIE, because my phone number is on my account. Then she stated that because I didn't show up at 3 pm to check in, they cancelled. I have NEVER checked in at 3 pm, EVER. I had to pay more money and go to another hotel with my son. Then, the following week, my friends and I had reservations already that had been placed about a month in advance. I sent messages to the location to ensure there would be no issues--but there were issues. I arrived and was told I only had a 1-day reservation. I showed them my reservation was for 2 days. Then she tried to charge me double what my reservation was for and I had to show her my receipt. Room was falling apart; took pics. Basically: room not clean & panels falling off wall. I left the next morning!

I had no real issues with cleanliness, and the girl at the fron desk was very attentive. However, the room had almost no furniture, the lighting was very poor, the water pressure in the shower was terrrible, the hallway smelled like pot. In other words, it was a Motel 6! This is just a place to rest your head, no more. If you're on a budget and just can't spring for an extra $20 or $30 per night, then it serves the purpose.

I got what I paid for Roach in my bathroom. Bathroom door didn't close.

The a/c unit worked great. I would be happy to stay there again.

There were bugs in our room on the wall and in the bathroom. I got a quick Pic of the one on the wall but the 2 in the bathroom scattered quickly as soon as the lights came on. I was disgusted. I guess it's true, sometimes when the price is so good. You tend to get what you pay for

Front desk staff was kind and courteous. We reserved a queen non smoking room with disabled access and was given a second floor tiny room with a double bed, not a queen. The bed frame was broken. The walls were cracked and paint peeling and looked like someone smeared boogers on it. The shower barely worked. The TV was difficult to operate. Dogs barking all day and night across the hall. Had to walk from far end of building and down to first floor to get ice in a bucket. The bed pillows were flat and uncomfortable and only 1 per person. The bathroom sink was cracked. Weird smell in the room. Very dim light in the room and only 2 lights.

The employees was very nice and helpful. The app said they have breakfast and swimming pool. Didn't have neither one! Plus very noisy my husband couldn't get no sleep.

The hotel was dingy and the building reeked of cleaning chemicals. Our room had parts of flooring dented and bent in. Looking like it could fall in. The walls were visibly dirty as well as the shower. The beds were super hard and you could feel the springs in the mattress. We only stayed for night one of our reservation. The second night we stayed somewhere else.

Close to restaurant Nothing

Nice room with comfortable bed. Microwave and refrigerator worked well. The facility itself could be better maintained. Nice having nearby restaurants.

Nothing it smells like cigarettes it gives me a headache. First they gave me a room with roaches on the 3rd floor 336 unit they don’t care that we got that room they always putting us there when the other rooms we picked one on the first floor,we was recording them he roaches in the room and they still didn’t let us change rooms.
