Towneplace Suites By Marriott Streetsboro

Hotel is in a safe & quiet area. Front desk and hotel staff are super friendly. Pet friendly as well. However, I had a cold shower in the morning. I attempted multiple times to shower and the water never got more than barely luke warm.The couch was shredded from a previous animal & holes in my curtains. I was just passing through and only staying one night. disappointed to pay $130 for a cold shower and previously damaged room.

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful Air conditioning didn't work and it was 98 that day and got switched to another room and it didn't work there either

It was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable Was told that breakfast was 9:15-10:30am when it was 5:15-9:30am. We sat around and waited until 9:30 when we could’ve been eating. Then, of course, breakfast was picked over (little bacon) and trash can was heaping full and want getting changed by staff… staff just compacted trash and was too full to do any good.

Definitely worth the 5 stars will stay again!

Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.

Power throughout the city, it was out because of the winds.

Bathroom sink was stopped up. The tub had a large rust make in the bottom.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

I have paid tariff for my room in full, but the staff still asked me to leave another card information for insurance. So I feel like no trust in the system, and I don’t like it.

Friendly staff and easy access to the highway Nothing

This property is extremely pet friendly. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was very roomy. The breakfast area is small, but they offer trays to take food to your room easily, and there are a ton of options. They also have cookies available in the lobby all the time. This location is convenient to the 80 toll road. I would definitely book here again

All was pretty good but the bed was atrocious. Did not sleep at all. That room has to change the mattress. Awful.
