İt was decent stay

The staff was very friendly although a bit difficult to understand as English is their second language. The breakfast they offered was all carbohydrates and sugar… waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit. That may sound good to some but I need some protein for breakfast.

Room was not ready at 10:00pm. Once we were in a room it was absolutely disgusting and wreaked of cigarette smoke. Appeared to be blood on the walls in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was unplugged and sitting on the desk. STAY AWAY!

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been a better selection.

Didn't see a Gym, The breakfast was very little, Staff could't speak English! Room was nasty with Nats flying around! Room smelt like cigarettes and Weed!

Close to Twinsburg for the Festival. Very clean, excellent staff. Comfortable beds and co Coffee in the room. For me pillows too soft.

This is a decent hotel for a 1 or two night stay. The outside of the hotel isn’t too appealing. When we arrived we thought it looked a little rundown. However the room wasn’t too bad and the bed was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

I loved the room but my jacuzzi didn’t work. It was a quiet night at the hotel. Very clean

Very clean and comfortable, nice beds, nice owners, worth driving an extra 1/4 mile off the highway. Wonderfully maintained.

Superb in all respects!

The shower curtain rod was not straight so the shower curtain would not stay closed. There was no Kleenex in the room to clean your nose. There was one little bottle of shampoo and one little bottle of conditioner for my wife and I. They actually charged my credit card $100 for incidentals which is the only hotel on my two week long trip which did that. They said it would be refunded but could take 6 or 7 days after my stay to show up on my card. SPEND A LITTLE BIT MORE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Ice is rationed.

The place is dirty. The ice machines are shut off. Got to go to the front desk for ice. Everything about this place is bare minimum including breakfast. They are pushing "cheap" to the extreme in here.

It’s easy on easy off from the turnpike. Every type of food is within a two minute drive from this facility. I stay in streetsboro 5 or 6 times a year as I’m traveling thru. It’s a halfway mark for my travels. I’ve stayed here several times and always felt safe and my room is always clean. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Shampoo and cream rinse are provided. I’ve never stayed for breakfast so I am not able to comment on that. I appreciate a clean room and comfortable bed. Would like a couple extra blankets in the room so if needed I can just grab one.

Literally falling apart

I have stayed here a few times. Everytime something is stained. Towels. Blankets. But the staff are extremely helpful and apologetic. Walking distance to some food, beverage and shopping options. Very safe area.
