The room was trash. The toilet was clogged when I got the room. The shower curtain was barely attached to the wall. They didn't vacuum it before I got it. The drawers for the dresser were broken and off the tracks. The ac unit barely worked. They gave me a hard time when I asked for more wash towels 3 days into my stay. The refrigerator was frozen over. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in that garbage hotel. They didn't even have a hot breakfast like advertised. That place was trash

The breakfast was more like a continental breakfast. We ended up eating somewhere else after checking out. But the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We would stay again The breakfast needed more to be called a breakfast

Location Bathroom was riddled with mold, tub would not drain. Mini fridge would not turn on.

The desk chair was covered in stains and the shower walls were full of grime. The worker was not necessarily mean, but he did not know how to do his job and was extremely confusing. We also got a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes and was disgusting. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, or bread, but it would have been nice to have hot food. We also got back later in the night and there was no parking so we had to park in a restaurant parking lot and hope we got a spot. I would not stay here again

I like the price The guy charged my card twice now I have to wait until their bank releases my funds. They also tried to charge me for the ice bucket from the room that I left downstairs next to the ice machine

Pricing and convenience A little outdated

Secondly, I have hearing loss and was not able to turn the television up loud enough. Thirdly, the phone in my room did not work

Last check in for the night it was handled well the guy behind the counter was very professional welcoming and treated me great. Had a little issue when I scheduled a room but that was quickly rectified my issue not theirs. The room was clean and meet didn't smell like pot or cigarettes. The whole hotel was clean and smelled good the room was neat and well taken care of no issues with the sheets or bathroom. The breakfast is a little sparse but I'm not expecting a full buffet for what I paid the price to value great.

Staff was excellent. They put in a lot of effort to make the stay good and it definitely showed! We thought we lost something after check out and the manager went and looked for it when cleaning staff weren't available to check. Very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was also well stocked.

Friendly front desk. It was clean and close to the Twins festival. Bed was too firm for me but that's just a preference thing.

It was cozy and peaceful, everyone was friendly
