The people Showers were gross.

I like a shuttle service to drop off and pick ip at Universal Studio Park. It is not 3.5 stars hotels as it stated. It's not even 2.5 stars. There is a film casting during my stay. It did not have enough staff to help you what you need. ie: They blocked in front of hotel for casting. There was no instruction on shuttle sto

The trees Noise and lack of costumer service.

Great price for the star level. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking fees at hotels are always ridiculous in LA area.

Location. The staff was helpful. There was work on the roof that was noisy on a Saturday! The television didn't work. There was an unmentioned parking fee of $25.00. There was only one tiny working elevator.

WiFi did not work 3 days out of 4 days. Understaffed to help guest. Paper thin wall. Seriously in need room renovation include bathroom. Unfortunately conditions of this hotel does not meet standards

Room was very spacious and clean inside and the beds were very comfortable

The people were nice and helpful. This hotel is very old and under construction. Noise levels were high. The rooms were very large and spacious but balcony looked and seemed unsafe. The heated pool was nice. Room was clean but hallways were dirty.

It has a large pool. Shower walls had paint peeling on all the grout, clock didn't work, bed was nice. Nicer than a Motel 6 but felt cheap & not a place I would book again. I strongly question the 3.5 stars it supposedly is. They charge $25 for parking and $8 facilities fee.

Nothing Everything, the loud wedding reception they had until 11 pm want in a sound-proof room. People partied in the HALL until 4-5 am!!! The room service dropped the two glasses of wine I ordered for my daughter & self, while we fought to get grandkids to sleep

Nothing. It is useless hotel. Everything is wrong with this place. The girl at the reception gave my deposit back in sealed envelope. I just checked the envelope and it had $70 instead of $241. When I counted money in front of her she acted surprised and then took money from her bag

Dirty room, cracked toilet, place needs to be renovated.

The location. Was advertised this as a 3.5 star hotel, it was a 2 star. No fridge, no microwave. No free breakfast. A/C was not working, they fixed. Asked about room change was told they were full. Lots of parking yet charged $29/night. Pool out of service for repair.

Clean It was all ok

The cleaning staff was very nice. The hotel was more of a 2 star hotel. The room bed was made well. The bathroom had mold in the corner of the shower and the hand towels had pink stains on them. The railing for the outside patio was also breaking and didn't look safe.

Location Lack of minifridge at this star level was disappointing and will make me consider other hotels
