Carlton Motor lodge

The staff were nice and helpful. The location is perfect. The rooms were not amazing -I didn’t feel like they were super well cleaned, and the towels and sheets were all stained. Also, the walls are kind of thin and I could hear music and television from my neighbors very late into the night. The parking spaces are very, very narrow, so make sure you have a compact car, but it was great to have the parking available on site there.

It's in a good place with lots of shops around. Very close to universal studios.Parking is very tight though. Very friendly person at the front desk. The room was clean but the refrigerator didn't work.

The location was great near universal. The shower was good The parking was tight , not for any type of truck. Beds were stiff but after walking a lot at universal it didn't really matter, it worked.

9min to Universal Studios Old facility. No hair dryer. No body wash but soap. Bedsheet has some stains. Floor seems clean. Bathroom tile is weird so can’t really tell if bathroom is clean as well. Very thin walls and AC is loud.

Friendly and clean Parking

This was a new listing for Booking.com, so I was a little sceptical of being the Lab Rat. I had been to Nashville and Austin for events and was on my last days before returning home to Australia, just catching up with US friends. Location wise was perfect for food and catch ups, and other tourist attractions. N/A

A basic, classic hotel that was clean with comfortable beds. The rooms and parking were small/ tight but good four our family of four’s road trip stay in our mid sized SUV. Onsite parking would difficult to impossible for a full size SUV or pickup. The hotel’s location was great with close by amenities including access to Universal Studios.

The property was clean, room was nice - there really isn't much amunities and parking is a real problem - they have more rooms than parking spaces so you are crammed in and might park on the street - other than parking, was very good - - -

Convenient location Blankets were not clean

It worked for the price, we were going to Universal Studios so it was nice and close. They REALLY need to get new mattress, felt like the bed had a hole in the middle and springs sounded like there were gonna snap every time you move

Being clean inside and outside of the building

My wife and I love staying here when we go to universal studios. Great prices,nice rooms and awesome staff. We loved the surprise room upgrade this trip What is there not to like. The prices are great and affordable, friendly and great staff, the rooms are nice .

This is a very small motel. If you don’t mind sleeping in small double beds, this is your jam. I didn’t like it.

If you have ever been to Van Buren in PHX that's how I seen the room, worst money we spent!!!
