The room was clean, staff were polite and location was perfect.

Approximately 2 am something popped loudly and smelled like smoke and was coming from the air conditioner and the fire alarm in the room went off for about 5 minutes. 7:00 am the entire hotel alarm went off and woke us up and was a false alarm. Did not get a g

The staff was okay. Not overly friendly or welcoming. The hotel was clean. The AC didn’t work in the halls it appeared. Only one elevator appeared to be functioning. The fire alarm also went off early in the morning randomly. It was located within walking distance to restaurants making it easy to walk.

I didn't use to many amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the stagf was very friendly and accommodating.

Good atmosphere Really clean

Very nice facility. Great location, there is Heb and restaurants in the parking lot. The breakfast was good. My kids loved the waffle station and the blueberry waffles.

Nice hotel convenient to where I needed to be

Rooms - sketchy AC and very humid at times. No AC in the halls which seemed weird. Beds were very comfortable and the Down-alternative pillows were GREAT. Bathroom - very clean Breakfast - good selection and even a vegetarian option Sunday. Amenities - didn't use any. Only one elevator was in use. With multiple baseball teams in for the weekend, the wait was up to 20 minutes. My daughter and I opted for the stairs even though she had just had surgery at the local hospital.

It is new and clean, the bed is comfortable.but the breakfast had not much to afford, kind disappointed 😔

Fitness center was neat and clean

The rooms were very cleaned and well stocked. Lots of room for parking and useful back entrance near the elevator made it very easy to come and go. The breakfast was ok nothing exciting… my only complaint was only one elevator was in service and with 6 floors and only 1 working elevator, wait times were long. Also the 6th floor was overly hot due to there not being a door on the ice machine room. Was the hottest floor in the hotel. The room temperature however was fine and controlled per room so just the hallway. Which was uncomfortable because the elevator wait was long.

As always they don’t disappoint clean and comfortable the staff could have used a crash course on friendliness. Other than I recommend this place

All 3 of thw treadmills were out of order which was disappointing. Everything else was the solid level delivered by a HI.

Sheets were not chnaged, bed had pieces of hair strands, and bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, great location.

Everything Mattress was a little too firm

Staff was very friendly from the get go. Shower was fantastic. Walk in shower with a rainfall showerhead. Plenty of pressure and nice and hot!
