Hampton Inn & Suites Houston Sugar Land

It was a good overall stay.

Comfy spacious suite. Front desk staff was just okay. Very convenient area and we enjoyed all.

The room was very clean, staff were pleasant and the breakfast was great. Overall I was happy and will recommend the Hampton.

The property front is not actually the front—the obverse is backwards (the parking lot is on the west vz the east). My advice is to carefully exit the parking area that shares driveways with several businesses—Houston drivers are typical to large city drivers driving too fast in parking lots. Parking area is well lighted. Hotel had one operational elevator servicing six floors. During stays in Hampton facilities over a ten day period in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma, only one facility did not have elevator issues.

The Hampton Inn in Sugar Land was excellent. Very clean facilities, spacious room, adequate free breakfast. Loved the bathroom - spacious counter and shower, and the best lighted mirror have ever encountered. Love staying at Hamptons!!

The power was out for 2 hours one day, which was very frustrating and it was over 90 degrees that day. I assumed the hotel had a generator for these type of emergencies (they really should get a generator considering the customers are paying for their hotel stay). Thank you.

Everything was excellent.

These are things that should be disclosed prior to check in or when making a reservation (which as of checkout they were still taking full price reservations with no disclosures). Management was non-responsive when requested. I would not have stayed here had they properly disclosed the multitude of issues. The staff did what they could with what they had to work with but management clearly has failed this place and is non-existent.

Everything was great until the elevators broke down. I was on the sixth floor! Thankfully though, I only had to use the stairs twice before they got repairmen there. Everything else was great!

The Hampton Inn is an excellent hotel for your stay. It is clean and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is always good.

Clean spacious room convenient to get to Sugarland activities as well as Stafford. I had read that this property was under new management, and it is clearly being maintained and managed well. I had seen previous negative reviews, but those all seem to be prior to the new management. We enjoyed the property and the staff. I would stay again.

The key loader was not working so staff had to let each person into their room with a master key. The bed was hard and not comfortable. The charging outlets are outdated.

Good location My room was not cleaned the next day and they advertisement was Room 1 queen bed Room 2 Queen bed, false. It was just one room

Great visit, Love the location, close to Interstate 59, plenty of conveniences, restaurants, shopping, grocery store. and gas stations etc…room was clean and cool. Staff was great! Excellent coffee and nice breakfast buffet.

The room was comfortable, the break was very good with several choices options. I loved the Orange Slice infused COLD WATER.

Breakfast was ok. Not too much variety of food was there They don't provide any water bottles, and they also don't inform at the time of booking. You only find out at check-in. At least they should provide a 1-litre complimentary water bottle
