The staff were Friendly & accommodating

There was no breakfast included as we originally thought, there was no place to fill up a water bottle. The hallway had a funny smell, and in general things did not look super clean, but rather a bit tired and old.

Small little problem
-
The sink was a little clogged and needs attention.

My room was nice. Used the hot tub outside; looks like it could use a little bit more maintenance. The pulse knobs did not work but only one and looks a little dirty on them.
