The Courtyard by Marriott Houston Sugar Land/Lake Pointe is a fantastic place to stay whether you are traveling for business, visiting family, or catching a show! It sits in a beautiful, serene lakefront spot along Brooks Lake that immediately makes your stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The customer service here truly stands out. The front desk team is incredibly welcoming and efficient at check-in, and The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and exceptionally comfortable. The plush bedding and soft mattresses ensure you get a wonderful night's sleep, and rooms with a lake view are highly recommended if you love waking up to a scenic horizon. For anyone looking to explore the area, you are just a short walk away from the shopping and dining at Sugar Land Town Square and First Colony Mall. It is also incredibly close to major event hubs like the Smart Financial Centre and Constellation Field. Unlike a lot of properties in bustling areas, self-parking is entirely free and there is plenty of space in the lot. You also get access to free high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern fitness center, and a refreshing outdoor pool. Overall, it's a clean, safe, and highly hospitable hotel that consistently executes a stress-free experience. You will definitely want to keep coming back!

This hotel has some type of weird air conditioning system that when a room is vacant for a couple of days the air turns completely off. I was checked into a room that smelled bad and the air was off because it had not had guest in a while. The refrigerator froze all my items it didn't refrigerate them. The layout of the room is the bed faces the windows, the TV is above the desk so you can't really watch the TV from the bed and the air conditioner when it is on is super loud. The room also is horribly lit and the only light switch to brighten the room you have to climb across the bed to even know it is there it is not obvious how you turn lights on. Bring slippers or flip flops and dont walk on their floors with bare feet. When I got in the shower I could see the dirt from their rug come off of my feet into their shower. The bathroom was also out of the body wash in the shower. I will not be back to a courtyard by marriot.

The front desk clerk Henry was so accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean and cool great stay!

My television didn’t work at all and I had to change rooms . The AC kept having issues and it was extremely hot

Our room had an old Ac unit which was very loud at night it kept waking me up and once I was able to close my eyes I could literally feel the vibrations from other rooms flushing their toilets right where the headboard of bed is placed
