The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The location was just where we needed to be. We will be staying again

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, our room was spotless and the location was fantastic. Many of the staff members were kind and helpful. However, customer service wasn't entirely consistent across the board, and we were really bummed that the pool was closed—especially since the kids were looking forward to swimming.

This courtyard was ok. The rooms show signs of age and bathroom needs renovations. We stayed 2 nights but the room wasn't cleaned on Saturday. Disappointing facilities but staff were helpful.

Cleanliness and view on the lake Bit noisy with toilets flushing as it passes through right behind the bed and makes strange noise that wakes you up!
