The room was clean . The 2 clerks who were there when we arrived Friday night were great. The water pressure in the room was not great at all and the temperature of the hot water wasn’t very hot at all. The charging station had cars parked and they were not charging their car. Maybe putting in more charging stations in would help.

Our 2nd time staying here. It’s right down the street from our daughter’s campus. The room was clean and roomy for our family. And they have a pretty good breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Very disappointed with this stay. The room was dirty, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy — it was impossible to get any rest. I would not stay here again.

Toilet: Backup, and would NOT FLUSH . . . I was too tired to MOVE ALL MY THINGS, with a SEVICE DOG TOO. Coffee Maker: had OLD WATER IN IT, with A Used Coffee CUP in it … Never cleaned … DRAWER: had a rolled up blanket, NOT FOLDED, Smelling dirty. FLOOR: I USED My DOGGY WIPES TO CLEAN TO FLOOR, as IT WAS DIRTY, and stuff in corners. AC Unit: So LOUD, I had to TURN IT OFF, To WATCH TV NEWS CRAZY I WILL NEVER AGAIN STAY IN “BEST WESTERN PLUS OR NOT” BLESSING M. Joe

The room was clean. We were on the 4th floor. High in pest control on this level. Would not recommend to asthmatic patients. Not a fan of open closet concepts.

Everything we encountered at this hotel was pristine clean! No carpet is a plus for me and when I needed several extra pillows after surgery the staff was more than helpful! The coffee was better than a coffee shop!

I had a great stay at this property. I came to the area for a concert. So the location was very convenient, The daytime and night staff, especially the daytime Staff, were most helpful and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and assisted me with all of my requests. They chatted with me and made me feel right at home. I accidentally locked the room key in my room, and they got me back into my room quickly with no issues. The parking lot was well lit so parking felt safe. Rooms were nice and clean and spacious. The bed was comfy, AC blows very cold.. breakfast was very good. The lady doing the food prep was working hard and had a beautiful smile on her face. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a nice, quiet, affordable and safe spot. I can’t speak for other’s experiences, but mine was 10/10.
