Breakfast was a little disappointing. Sausage and potatoes were tasteless, Staff was fabulous. Beds were too hard. We both had difficulties sleeping. Full disclosure, we are in our 70's.

The only reason we stayed that we was so tired and we just needed to sleep, The breakfast was disappointing the juice was so watery and no flavor, and we found some flying bugs in the morning, we couldn’t wait to leave and check out

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and exactly what we wanted. The breakfast was delicious and although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar, it looked nice. The lobby is lovely as well.

Did not find any staff in the reception to check in and waited outside almost 1 hour to open the front door

The curtains are ripped and you can see it from outside the property. Very helpful staff and were able to move us rooms after we had issues.

From the staff to breakfast, everything was spot on. Breakfast had many many choices on different days as well. Indoor pool, gym, bar, laundry and so maybe restaurants and attractions nearby. Most of the restaurants and gas stations are walking distance which is a plus . Right next to the highway! The manager Chauncey (maybe misspelled my apologies) and staff were excellent and nice and caring. Taking a moment to get my security deposit back, would have been rated a 10 and also took our refrigerator a while to get cold. But everything else was great.

The hotel was clean, and that is it! The staff was aloof. The tub was dangerously slippery. I slipped but didn't fall. The next person shower took a hard fall. I called the front desk, and there was no concern for his well-being -- I was simply told there were no shower mats and that the fall would be reported to the manager. The next morning, I went to followup to make sure the issue would be addressed. The attendant called the manager, but they were too busy to come. I was told I would get a call. Nine hours later, I am still waiting for the call.

The staff at SpringHill are so good that they have become our go to hotel when we are in the Houston area.
