Definitely not to upgraded from the drury. The ac was out in building - so hot in the hallways - if the ac wasn’t blowing in the room it got hot. So I was either freezing or sweating. I’m sure this was a one off. The bed was so comfortable but the rest needs some tlc.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and were able to accommodate us with an early check in very last minute. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but it tasted good! The pool was open until 10 pm which was nice. It is around a lot of different places with an AMC about 10 minutes away. Easy and close parking to multiple different building entrances.

There was no A/C in the lobby, so it was hot at breakfast. The headboard in our room was made of some material that was flaking off and getting into my wife's hair.

AC in lobby and hallway is broken. Hotel overall is just dated. The staff was beyond useless. Two rocks from the landscaping would do a better job. Tried to check out a day early, 2 different employees could not understand my request and needed the manager to review. The manager wasn't there but was working from home.

We will be returning to Sugarland. Unfortunately, we will not be choosing your property. But a big shout out to the young lady who checked us in. Thank you!! Job well done, young lady! There is no information in the room about the time of breakfast or anything else.

I liked the location a lot. The hallways and the entrance/breakfast area were very stuffy and hot. It felt like the air conditioning wasn't working.

The breakfast was very good and many options. The AC was not working in lobby and hallways so extremely warm in those areas. Wish I would have known that before hand. Sending out a notification would have been helpful.

Mouldy smell bathroom

It's was hot, the main AC was broken ...except for the rooms. The mini fridge in the room was broken. we told staff at night and nothing was done. We waited for the morning told them again, they didn't believe us. Then sent the maintenance man and we got a new mini fridge.
