The pool facilities are outstanding. While the rooms show signs of wear, they are maintained in a clean condition. There is potential for improvement regarding the breakfast service.

Apparently the hotel had some sort of flood overnight and when we woke up and went downstairs there was no coffee and the lady at the front desk was very rude. I understand if their was an issue overnight and it might have been very stressful but for the patron, they are still looking for a good stay and good customer service. In my opinion the issue could have been explained and obviously if coffee was not possible because of the flood or issue, then please explain and have some reciprocated compassion. But for us to be unknowing and come down expecting coffee and maybe just a pleasant interaction and explanation is not too much to ask for, especially for a paying customer. We have always enjoyed this hotel and feel like its a safe and comfortable and reliable place to stay when we are in the area. This was quite the disappointment this weekend.

I love how clean the rooms are. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Not the fault of the property, but a guest hung something from the sprinkler, even though it is clearly marked with a sign saying NOT to. The sprinkler head broke, set off the fire alarm. It messed with the system and flooded the first three stairs wells as well as water going down the elevator. We were on the fourth floor. This morning the elevators were down because of the water as well as the first stair well.

Fiquei dois dias e ninguém da limpeza pareceu patê recolher lixo, trocar toalhas ou fazer a cama, o cheiro do carpete não era bom e embora a equipe da revelação fosse atenciosa eu senti que o hotel estava meio abandonado. Tinha uma toalha no corredor e a mesma ficou quase o período todo da minha estadia sem ninguém recolher.
