I used to love this hotel but it has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. Room was stale and damp, Bottle caps under the cushions, hair in the shower. Dogs barking for hours in the rooms across the hall. Just not acceptable for such a nice property. I don’t know if ownership has changed, management has changed or what happened, but this nice property has really gone downhill. You would be better off staying at the Courtyard next door.

Our AC was broken for a week, and we had a staycation locally in Sugar Land. The stay was not planned, which put us in a bad mood to begin with. Luckily, the staff was great, polite, and fun to chat with. We would stay again for sure.

The room surfaces could have been cleaned better can see handprints and other stuff. Had a roach walking with me down the hallway. The tvs are outdated. No apps. The breakfast was not great. Waffles so hard could have broken a window if thrown. Coffee was overly strong. No amount of sugar or cream waa bringing that back. The chicken patties burnt. Not what I expected from Hyatt. Otherwise things were okay.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and I like the location. Staff at the front desk are friendly.

We had a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was nice and well represented the Hyatt quality we expected. The hallway seemed warm compared to the Houston heat, but we had a cool relief when entering our room.

We could not get scramble eggs without beacon. My husband is diabetic. He could not get just scrambled eggs. The front desk was unftriendly.

Everything was amazing. It was our anniversary and this is the first hotel we booked when we first met and I traveled to the Houston area to visit. The staff was amazing and it was a great walk down memory lane for us!

Great location. We enjoyed a daily walk around Oyster Creek every morning. The walking trail was just a few steps away from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious at the hotel and the staff was very helpful. The restaurants near the hotel were excellent especially the Taste restaurant!
