Housekeeping came into my room in announced WITHOUT KNOCKING … I told the staff twice I did not want house keeping! I also had to call the office ice about some towels I NEVER received. The front desk customer service was excellent but housekeeping was very rude

The rooms were impeccable, all staff were extremely personable and ready to assist or even just greet you when they see you going in or out. I loved the breakfasts, and the fact that there was some variety of choices for different days.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast did not fully meet my expectations. In addition, I found the mattress and pillows to be less comfortable than I had hoped, which affected the quality of my sleep.

Our trip was another overnight stay for our return trip home. We stayed here exactly one week earlier, overnight as well, and enjoyed the hotel so much it brought us back again. The hotel itself was just as nice as before except the fact that instead of a king sized bed connected to 2 queens on the 6th floor, we had 2 queens connected on a lower floor. I felt the cleanliness was not as good as last week, but still way better than other hotels we have used. Check in was still good, and the late check out time is great (12 noon)! The breakfast looked amazing but we ended up meeting family 5min away at a lovely brunch restaurant. There are many restaurants in the area that you can walk to using a walking bridge across the lake. There is a bit of construction before the hotel, but does not deter from parking or the aesthetic at all. Overall, we will definitely keep this place as must to stay again!

We were only staying overnight to rest for a long road trip, but the rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was free and left us with no worries about safety issues. The only thing that might make it better was more space for charging our devices. Otherwise, the views are amazing, very nice location with many choices to eat nearby, in addition to the breakfast offered here in the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is fine but the property is a little bit old...For the price , the room is small and wasn't really that great but it's okay. They don't have trash can in side the bathroom but there's one by the sink outside the bathroom which I think is weird lay out...The staff I spoke are unfriendly and unwelcoming specially the lady at the check out counter .

Location was perfect, lovely view of the lake and close to Houston Methodist. Very professional and helpful staff. Rooms and common areas very clean, well maintained. Good variety at breakfast bar! Cable or satellite tv not working properly. No tv guide available :(

Staff were alright, could be more friendly. We walked in wedding dress and suit saying oh we just got married and they didn't react much. Breakfast was alright too.bed and shower were amazing.
