Tori at the front desk showed some of the most genuine hospitality, The hotel was very well maintained and the staff was very helpful.

We had an issue with the reservations. The manager would not help at all. The comforter had many stains on it. The elevator was not working. The light in the bathroom was so dim it was hard to see. Trash was left in the halls. The breakfast was pretty lame. Overall this hotel is overrated. Do not stay here.

I loved the location! The room was clean, comfortable spacious with a good view. The hotel was quite and peaceful no loud noises during the night. It was centrally located near the area of our events. The walk across the bridge to the restaurants and shops was very peaceful with a good atmosphere and view. I highly recommend Five Guys for lunch and Taste Kitchen for a relaxing evening meal. I'll be choosing The Hyatt as my place to stay in the future. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient and excellent location near a lake. Good comfortable room, kind service. Only negative thing was the elevators are slow and need to be upgraded.

Shower had one light. Dark room/ rather sad. We called front desk for some more towels and we were ignored. Breakfast was good

Place was clean staff was friendly, but very outdated. Also, furniture in the room had clean water damage and was attempted to be fixed with wood bond, but never fixed. Shower head was corroded and wasn’t a pleasant experience.

We loved sitting outside and watching the activity on the lake. Walking across the bridge and enjoying the food choices at the restaurants.

The elevators weren’t operating properly which caused long wait times. One of the ice machines was out of order. No cash at the front desk for change, meant no tip for housekeepers. Also no option to Venmo.
