It was somewhat what you expect from a comfort suites. It definitely could’ve been cleaner. The pull out bed was super disgusting and the mattress was full of mold

Have stayed in many Comfort Inns in the past. This is the first time that anything like this has happened. I really think I am owed a refund!

Did not get the room I reserved got a king bed when needed two double beds front office told me it was your fault that you all don't know how many rooms are available 😫

Absolute worst experience that I have ever had with a hotel they gave me a room that somebody was already in and they were having sex when I went downstairs to let them know that they had given me the key to a room with the people having sex in it the Manager and concierge start laughing hysterically. Once they saw that I didn’t find it funny they gave me the key to another room upon getting the second room. The tub was disgusting. There was soap scum, and black dirt all over the tub. The Manager refused initially to change my hotel room stating none of their rooms are dirty. In fact, all three of the rooms that he had given me were dirty. I contacted Expedia Expedia contacted them to see if they would just cancel my booking and give me a refund so that they could place me in a different hotel and The Manager lied and said that he had already spoken with me and changed my room when I went downstairs to confront him he just stopped speaking and gave me a key to another room and the third room was also dirty. The TV did not work. All the paint was chipped off of the door. The restroom was disgusting. I did not go to sleep after all the rooms being switched. We got into the third room after 1 AM. Check out was for 11 never went to sleep. Literally stayed up the entire time till check out hotel room from hell should not stay here under any circumstance.

Situations with my job led me to need a place to stay for a few hours. I went on the Hotels app and found this location that was nearby to where I had business the next morning. I booked the room and paid on the app. The charge shows on my card. When I checked in my room showed as prepaid so I wasn’t even asked to give my card for incidental charges, which I found strange. My stay was so brief, the same desk clerk was on duty when I checked out at 4am. Only now she tells me my payment had been rejected and I owed for the stay. As I was really in a hurry and didn’t have time for multiple phone calls etc, I took the “pay it and deal with it later” approach so I could get going. Currently I have 2 charges on my card, for slightly different amounts. 1 to hotels.com and 1 to the hotel.

On the plus side, furnishings in the room looked brand new and the water pressure shower was okay. Buffet food was fresh, and a good variety.

I booked a king room and had to settle for a double bed.The ice machine was broke on our floor.We made it work for a one night stay

No coffee. No fruit, except apples. No yogurt, oatmeal or any healthy food. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Tile flooring was tacky/sticky. Very disappointed and do not understand the high ratings and high cost
