The room was clean. The staff was very nice, but seemed understaffed. Breakfast was acceptable. We stayed 4 nights and some mornings the breakfast seemed as if there was no one restocking the food. Options were limited. There was no fresh fruit.

The location is great. The rooms are clean & spacious and the staff was very helpful and nice. I plan to stay at this hotel on my next casino trip.

staff incredibly friendly, breakfast was very good. Hotel has a moisture problem, very musty smell, out of date, furnishings, hallway, carpets, dirty, and in need of vacuuming. Elevator had broken handrails. Someone is not paying attention to what needs to be fixed and or cleaned constantly. However, the staff were the friendliest.

Don't even bother. Staff is not helpful; management can't be found.

Waited over ten minutes just to be ignored by the front desk. The head of housekeeping finally greeted us then apologized for the wait. Front desk was very rude. She tried checking us in under someone else's name despite asking for my name twice! When she finally found our reservation I asked several times to make sure my rewards information was showing. She stated it was but the check in terminal kept prompting me to join. I finally told not to worry I would just call customer service and have them add my stay. We travel often so points help! We were finally checked in, after being ignored, the process took about 30 minutes! We received our key cards and went to our room and the cards didn't work! We went back to the front desk, and so did the gentlemen that checked in after us, to get new keys. Ms. Front desk told me I was doing it wrong and she could "TEACH ME" how to use the card when she was done! The gentlemen behind me gave her their keys too. She immediately made them a new one. So, being the southern belle that I am, I asked her is she was going to "TEACH" them how to use it also. The head of housekeeping heard me and came out immediately and ask me what happened. I explained to her that despite my years of education and a degree, the front desk assumed I didn't know how to use a key card. She was so kind, she apologized and walked us to our room to let us in and she verified the the keys did not work! We finally got to enter our room after 45 minutes!

Other customers had issues with this location. I would not stay again at this location

Stayed here for a softball tournament. They didn’t have towels the entire 3 nights we stayed. Water drained slow out of the shower, and little red worms kept appearing. Later we found blood droplets on the comforter. No waffles were available our entire stay just sausage and eggs everyday! Air worked well and beds were okay.

No waffles was disappointing. Mix up on room size as I booked a superior double but got a king.

Only thing so-so was the room key card did not always work - but the staff promptly came with new ones that worked!

Smells like smoking room although entire hotel is non-smoking. Booked a room with two double beds and got a king room. Hotel and hotels.com were no help in correcting this. Missing bedding for sofa bed who Ch we had to use due to wrong room.
