The manager on duty kept telling us that they were sending a maintenance worker up the fix the lock and after about 4 hours they said they did not have a maintenance person.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was nice and helpful

While the surface areas of our room were clean, the accommodations were severely outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture was old and structurally unstable, and the mattress sagged significantly in the middle, compromising our comfort. Furthermore, the carpeting—particularly in the hallways—was visibly soiled. To conclude, the public ice machine was highly unhygienic, displaying accumulated mildew and what appeared to be dirty tissue. The front desk employees were very polite and courteous.

I would not recommend a stay. First off it’s mid summer with grandkids and the pool was out of order. The keys deactivate for no reason, several people complained about their room keys! Ice machine was out of order. The guy general manager was very unhelpful and rude . The Tv volume would not work ! Just an horrible stay !!

The room wasn’t cleaned at all upon entering and the toilet was stopped up and full of toilet paper and feces which was not acceptable at all.

I booked the hotel for 8 of my co-workers for one week. They expressed me they have been very happy and comfortable with all the services provided.

We arrived shortly after 3:00 PM, but were forced to wait until after 5:00 PM to check in. When we finally got to our room, it was in a deplorable state. Dirty, dusty, and infested. We had to kill two roaches in the bathroom. Even worse, the sofa bed was filthy, covered in food crumbs, old sugar packets, and what appeared to be blood and urine stains. When the lead housekeeper came to inspect the room, she acknowledged the filth and promised to return to address it. After waiting an hour, I went to the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping had already left for the day. This hotel is unsanitary and poorly managed. Please save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Ask to check in early—-they said yes for $50-so I came back to check in at 3.00 regular check in time and said room not ready..terrible

Breakfast was good each morning. We stayed three nights, so ate breakfast three times. Sadly, there was never any fruit. But there was yogurt, grits and oatmeal packets, eggs, sausage, breads, and a waffle making station. There was a small convenience shop in the lobby. The ice maker worked consistently. We stayed for three nights, and never had a room refresh. The trash was never removed and we never got clean towels. When we asked for clean towels, we were told that there weren't any for us to have. That they were low on housekeeping staff and towels. Three nights and no new towels is not okay. Three nights and no trash removal is not okay.

When we first arrived two guests were having a disagreement pretty loudly with the lady at the front desk and I believe management had to get involved. Due to that we had to wait an extra 30 min or so to be attended by the front desk. Hotel was very dirty and not maintained well. Showers definitely need to be replaced. Will not come back.

I made a reservation online and when I arrived at 5 PM, I was told they were shortstaffed and the rooms weren’t clean yet. The desk clerk asked if I could come back before 11 PM. I returned at 10 PM and was told there were no rooms available. Basically she gave away my room.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice, but seemed understaffed. Breakfast was acceptable. We stayed 4 nights and some mornings the breakfast seemed as if there was no one restocking the food. Options were limited. There was no fresh fruit.

The location is great. The rooms are clean & spacious and the staff was very helpful and nice. I plan to stay at this hotel on my next casino trip.

staff incredibly friendly, breakfast was very good. Hotel has a moisture problem, very musty smell, out of date, furnishings, hallway, carpets, dirty, and in need of vacuuming. Elevator had broken handrails. Someone is not paying attention to what needs to be fixed and or cleaned constantly. However, the staff were the friendliest.
