Okay I thought the hotel was going to be okay. But upon arrival the check-in clerk was nice. But the first red flag was no elevator and we was put on the second floor. Okay no problem it will help me get my steps in. Then the hall way and stairwell had a smoky smell and was not vacuumed. Opened the room door and it smelled like it was mopped with a sour mop. They came and remopped. The final straw was I pulled the covers back and the bed was dirty had dirt in the bed and hair. Then I saw a roach. Yelp it was time to go. My review for this hotel is 0.0/10

Very clean room the a/c made noise in one room I booked,but other than that nice stay for price would stay there again.

From the check in until my husband and I checked out. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The dryer went out and the staff was right on top of it to make sure everyone’s clothes got dried. I would rant it a 10 but it only has 5 stars.

The staff was very helpful at the front desk . The people that clean the rooms came early in the day to provide clean towels take trash etc and asked if there was anything needed

I went to this property after the one across the street gave my room away. Although they said there was a room we get to the room and it had not been cleaned from the previous night day. The staff jumped right on it and got it cleaned up. However, the air-conditioning at this hotel is not great. This is my second time here and both times the AC was not working properly.

There was a very strong smell from a diffuser. It was meant to be good but it was too strong!

Very limited breakfast. Cereal, yogurt or waffles. Only 2 tables in breakfast area. Hallway had a terrible odor. No hair dryer in room. Not a very up to date hotel

Was a wonderful hotel for a small weekend trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The small a/c would make a humming/ringing noise at night while we were sleeping but still got decent sleep. The bed was huge and very comfortable as well. Bathroom was clean. The toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall and I wish the bathtub had some sort of grip on the bottom. It was very slippery and I almost faceplanted twice but other than that it was wonderful. Breakfast was very light with cereal, fruits, and waffles.
