I got to the OYO in Sulphur,La. On July 30th and was told that there was no rooms available. I said I had a reservation and the clerk was rude in the way she spoke to me and told me she needed to see the address. I pulled the up the Email up on my phone and she was on the phone with someone speaking in her native tongue and I had to wait to show her the email with the address and the confirmation that I had she said the only room she had was a room with four beds and she could let me have that one and I told her no, I went and got another place to stay. I will not be reserving any more rooms at this establishment.

I’m sure I’m forgetting things. But it is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life.

I was able to park my tandem dump truck in the parking lot It looks like they cleaned the bathroom got air on the rag and then clean the kitchen there was hair in the refrigerator

The floor was filthy and sticky, there were toenail clippings on the nightstand, and black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I was in the room just long enough to use their WiFi to book another hotel

I booked a room and even got a email verification. When I showed up they said they had to give my room away for someone who walked in.

Was ok considering I had no where we else to go and I was injured so I had to stay there but ppl were rude when checking me in the manager was very very rude to me....
