I got to the OYO in Sulphur,La. On July 30th and was told that there was no rooms available. I said I had a reservation and the clerk was rude in the way she spoke to me and told me she needed to see the address. I pulled the up the Email up on my phone and she was on the phone with someone speaking in her native tongue and I had to wait to show her the email with the address and the confirmation that I had she said the only room she had was a room with four beds and she could let me have that one and I told her no, I went and got another place to stay. I will not be reserving any more rooms at this establishment.

I’m sure I’m forgetting things. But it is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life.
-
The floor was filthy and sticky, there were toenail clippings on the nightstand, and black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I was in the room just long enough to use their WiFi to book another hotel

Was ok considering I had no where we else to go and I was injured so I had to stay there but ppl were rude when checking me in the manager was very very rude to me....

parking area needed some litter picked up. There was nothing but a coffee pot in the kitchen area. Refrigerator was good working & large. Everything seemed to work, even the phone (some motels have landline phones that don't work!)

absolutely nothing there were roaches in my room the tv wasn’t working the bathroom was dirty and the tub was full of scum i agreed to pay for the first night and requested to be refunded for the remaining 3 nights so that i could use the funds to go stay somewhere else due to conditions of the room and the front desk attendant rudely refused. This place is horrible and advise everyone not to book here

The room was fine, however, there was black mold in the bathroom on the shower walls, the exhaust fan was out of service. There were areas where there were repairs, no effort to blend it. (Wall patches etc.) I feel details of cleanliness were left out (grease splatter on the wall behind the stove top, marks and other things on the baseboards). Free of bedbugs but a mattress protector would be nice to have on each bed for cleanliness.

You get what you pay for and this hotel, or should I say motel, reminds you of that!

They took it upon themselves to cancel my reservations

The property didn't live up to my expectations. The room had a very odd oder. It was quiet but the end outside doors didn't close or lock so I didn't feel very safe when I left for work at 2:30am.
