The lobby staff is great, always helpful.

When I entered the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor. The bathroom was in poor condition—the bathtub was dirty, there was no shower curtain, there was no body soap provided, and the shampoo dispenser had been ripped off the wall. These issues made it difficult to use the bathroom comfortably and gave the impression that the room had not been properly inspected before my arrival. we were pressed for time for an event and left with 30min of arrival, so these items weren’t noticed until 11:30pm when we returned to the hotel, and after a very long day of travel, we juts went to bed. I do want to recognize the staff for being kind and professional. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much they could do beyond providing extra towels, and they were unable to resolve the underlying maintenance and housekeeping issues until next morning when we were already checking out. I hope management addresses these concerns by improving room inspections, housekeeping standards, and routine maintenance. The staff deserves credit for their positive attitude, but guests should not have to overlook basic cleanliness and missing amenities during their stay.

I thought ending breakfast at 9 is way too early. I did love the super chargers though.

The staff was great and very helpful, but the hotel itself is run down despite being fairly new. The floors are uneven, the rooms are poorly maintained, and the bathroom in my original room had a ton of rust. The deadbolt was broken and I ended up asking to be moved to a different room. The staff was very accommodating but the sheets were stained in the new room. Was expecting something a little nicer from a Marriott-branded hotel

Manager was very accommodating and nice. The hotel itself seemed old and outdated. Not like Fairfields in the past. It was clean. Elevator smelled.

Super helpful staff. Very pleasant stay. Only one luggage cart for such a large facility.

Build was old and run down!!!! I would not stay here again

The room didnt stay cool had stuff on my sheets the water wouldnt drain

Toilet seat was dirty, toilet bowl was dirty. TV had trouble connecting to whatever service. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Clean room, great breakfast, staff was awesome

The location was good The bathroom was dirty. Had both type of stains in and on the toilet seat, and the towels had hairs the bathtub was stained with dirt

Room: rusty tub, rusty ironing board and stained cover; staff: understaffed, couldn’t explain why the handicapped room with 2 beds wasn’t available even though we had reserved it at least a week before ( one of us uses a power wheelchair); amenities: no internet (“it’s down and we don’t know why”-still down the next morning. The building old!
