Elevator not working, not ready , tv not working, dirty, lights not working, a mess

Room was subpar. Room and floor was dirty. Bathtub was rusty and filthy. Elevator was not working.

Not so great, lots of things broken and smelled terrible!

Not worth the price. Not clean at all. Elevator didn't work.

Nothing The room was molded

First they tried to say I didn't have a room b/c I requested a King bed and all they had was 2 queens. Then they told me they could book me in another hotel and I said I would rather not. So after a snotty comment about the vehicle I drove they informed me the elevator was broken and my room was on the top/3rd floor (no problem, just here to sleep). On my way to my room there were several rooms with no locks or deadbolts, trashcans in the hallways, plywood and insulation stored in the breezeway. My room had one bed with clean sheets, one with stains. There was a giant blue stain on the 'dresser' and rust all over the ironing board. If I didn't care about my back hurting I would have slept in my car. Terrible all the way around.

No elevator.

The elevator didn’t work no key for the room had to be walked to the room every time we walked out ice machine did not work had to buy my own ice. Went to check out and they said we never checked and it was no-show.. worst place I’ve ever stayed. Didn’t get to use the pool either. door was locked to the pool. Don’t ever stay here..

The hotel did not have a working elevator, the welcome mat was filthy, bugs and blood stains on the sheets, television doesn’t work in all rooms, and the fire hydrant was out of service.

The lobby staff is great, always helpful.

When I entered the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor. The bathroom was in poor condition—the bathtub was dirty, there was no shower curtain, there was no body soap provided, and the shampoo dispenser had been ripped off the wall. These issues made it difficult to use the bathroom comfortably and gave the impression that the room had not been properly inspected before my arrival. we were pressed for time for an event and left with 30min of arrival, so these items weren’t noticed until 11:30pm when we returned to the hotel, and after a very long day of travel, we juts went to bed. I do want to recognize the staff for being kind and professional. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much they could do beyond providing extra towels, and they were unable to resolve the underlying maintenance and housekeeping issues until next morning when we were already checking out. I hope management addresses these concerns by improving room inspections, housekeeping standards, and routine maintenance. The staff deserves credit for their positive attitude, but guests should not have to overlook basic cleanliness and missing amenities during their stay.

I thought ending breakfast at 9 is way too early. I did love the super chargers though.

It was clean and staff was friendly.
