Perfect rooms and location

Convince. Located right off of I10 Not very clean, our first room smelled like drugs, other room bathroom door was busted, inside door to the room was busted, house keeper (which is make) stared at us and made us feel uncomfortable. Had to pay $100 deposit for crappy rooms in which $15 of it was kept when all we did was shower and sleep and left. We had been driving and was up for 24 hours.

Had a blinking light along the leftside of the mirror. My reading light didn't work. The room phone didn't work.

Charged 94 dollars for booking a room with yall because it said on the sight pet friendly then less Then 30 minutes after booking I received a text for early check in and it stated 250 dollar fine for having pets so tried to cancel and was charged 94 dollars anyways False advertising

It’s was quite bathroom was mold on the shower curtains by the way I work I just needed a bed to sleep in sheets was clean but I still used my own Shower curtains had mold toilet was mold under it you can tell it was a rush job

Very nice people running hotel and rooms were clean every day housekeepers did there job and friendly ice machine works even one washer and dryer don't have any breakfast but very nice water is hot also

I put down 50 dollars and didn't get it back in my account other wise it was O K would like my deposit back in my account

Very clean and well stocked bathroom. Quite parking area felt safe while sleeping. Only my room was rsvp for 2 beds. 2 ppl. But we only received 1 king bed for us. We agreed to it but it wasn't what I requested. Other than that it was pleasant.

The property was old run down and quite frankly appeared to be inhabited by drug abusers and shady people. People were working on old junky vehicles in the parking lot. See above. It was so bad there was no way I would expose my 14 yo granddaughter and 13 yo grandson to this enviroment. I took one look at this place and left bedire checking in.

Paid my deposit in cash but the hotel wanted me to give them my credit card when I checked out because the purple hair spray we used on my child’s hair got on the sheets that could be bleached. When I refused to give my credit card they give me 20 dollars of my deposit back and kept 30 dollars.

Just your basic room. Once the lights went out for bed, we started seeing bugs on the walls and floor. Not a bunch at all, but enough to make us uncomfortable for our nights rest.

I have an in issue, we had a serious issue that came up on our way down to the hotel, we booked for a second night but, they reservedthe room were staying in. All of our stuff is inside that room and we can't get there for another hour and half After calling twice. The person on duty not only refused to tell us what's happening with all our belongings, he had the audacity to hang up on us and there was never anything rude said or any attitude

Charge a 50$ deposit and the hotel is a run down falling apart hotel. Not worth it. I liked the location and that's it...... Everything but the location.

I love this place! I'm coming back soon and getting the back side next time. Love that view. Very peaceful and relaxing! ?

The room was completely filthy there was a tampon in the bathroom trash there was literally food under the beds on both of them bugs crawling out from under him in the middle of the night when I told the front desk about it in the morning he didn't believe me so I walked him back into the bedroom into the room lifted the mattresses and showed him and that's when he refused to give me my deposit back because of my service dog which no facility is allowed to charge or refuse a service animal the night staff was great awesome but the guy that worked in the morning needs to be given classes on manners I will not stay there ever again I didn't like a damn thing about it
