They rush you out the rooms doing a 10:30 wake up call and hang up in your face before you can cuss them out The rooms was nice and comfortable

Clean. Friendly mgr. fridge and microwave. Inside rooms. Easy access, close to parking The only thing I would add is a bedside lamp. The room had two ceiling lights and two switches. Either lights all on or all off.

Terrible experience with Expedia. They refused to cancel my reservation after I called them to cancel after I got to the motel and found out all the rooms were non smoking. I told them I'm going literally across the street to Super 8 and getting a room through them and still refused. So I see....i get charged for a room i'm not even staying in!! Keep up the bad work.

Clean. No stairs. I wasn't aware of that until I asked where was the elevator. They're very steep and it may be hard for someone that has mobility issues. I had knee and hip replacement on the left side and it was uncomfortable.

Also we booked a room several weeks in advance for first floor room, arrived at 9:30 pm and no first floor room available. Stairs with no elevator is hard for me.
